- 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정에 있어서,알루미나/지르콘에 첨가제, 물, 분산제, 콜로이드 실리카를 알루미나 중량의 2.5 wt% 부터 4.0 wt% 까지 첨가한 결합제를 혼합한 슬러리를 만드는 단계,상기 혼합물을 12시간 이상 볼 밀링(ball milling)하는 단계,상기 단계에서 분쇄된 혼합물을 겔캐스팅 또는 슬립캐스팅의 공정을 이용한 주조(casting)단계,대기 중에서 하루 동안 건조하는 성형체를 제조하는 단계,상기 단계에서 제조된 성형체를 열처리(sintering)하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 로를 2℃/분으로 가열하고, 900 내지 1150℃의 온도에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러 주조용 세라믹 코어 제조 공정
