Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 증속기와 발전기를 구비하여 풍력 발전을 수행하는 나셀과, 상기 증속기와 기계적으로 연결되는 블레이드, 및 상기 나셀이 그 상단에 안착되는 타워를 구비하는 풍력터빈의 나셀 냉각 시스템에 있어서,상기 나셀 내부에 설치되는 적어도 하나 이상의 발열장치들을 각각 둘러싸도록 배치되는 냉각 블럭들;상기 냉각 블럭들에 연결되어 냉각제를 유동시킬 수 있는 유동 관로;상기 유동 관로와 연결되어 상기 나셀의 외부 측면 또는 나셀 후단에 배치되는 제1열교환기; 및상기 나셀 내부에서 발생하는 열을 흡수하여 상기 나셀 외부로 방출시킬 수 있는 제2열교환기를 포함하되,상기 제1열교환기와 제2열교환기는 상기 나셀이 외부로부터 밀폐되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력터빈의 나셀 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 발열장치들은 발전기, 증속기, 인버터인 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력터빈의 나셀 냉각 시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서,제1열교환기는 상기 유동 관로를 통해 유동되는 냉각제를 외부의 공기와 열교환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력터빈의 나셀 냉각 시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제2열교환기는 덕트, 발열부재, 열전달매체를 구비하되,상기 열전달매체는 내부의 냉매를 통하여 나셀 내부의 열을 외부로 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력터빈의 나셀 냉각 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 열전달매체는 히트파이프 열교환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력터빈의 나셀 냉각 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제2열교환기는 덕트의 일단에 팬을 더 구비하되,상기 팬은 강제로 공기를 상기 덕트의 내부 측으로 유입되게 하는 것을 특징 으로 하는 풍력터빈의 나셀 냉각 시스템.
