Claims (13)
- 코일(5, 105, 205, 305, 405, 505)로 감긴 고정자 자극(2, 102, 202, 302, 402, 502)을 포함하는 전기모터(13, 133, 213, 313, 413, 513)용 외측 고정자(11, 111, 211, 311, 411, 511)를 제조하는 방법으로서,- 연장 형성된 기부(60, 160, 260, 360, 460, 560)와 판상 돌출부(2, 102, 202, 302, 402, 502)를 구비한 통상적으로 강철인 강자성체의 판상부(1, 101, 201, 301, 401, 501)를 갖추는 준비단계와,- 상기 각각의 판상 돌출부(2, 102, 202, 302, 402, 502)의 둘레에 전도성 코일(5, 105, 205, 305, 405, 505)을 삽입하는 삽입단계와,- 상기 판상 돌출부(2, 102, 202, 302, 402, 502)의 말단부(7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507)를 변형시켜서 상기 말단부(7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507)가 구부러진 형태, 특히 외견상 곡선 모양이 되도록 하는 변형단계와,- 상기 판상 돌출부(2, 102, 202, 302, 402, 502)가 내부에 위치해서 고정자 자극의 역할을 수행하도록 순응되기 위해 상기 판상부(1, 101, 201, 301, 401, 501)를 닫는 폐쇄단계를포함하는, 전기모터용 외측 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 판상부(1, 101)를 갖추는 준비단계는 판상부를 구부려서 상기 판상 돌 출부(2, 102)의 윤곽이 잡히도록 하는 단계로 구성되는, 전기모터용 외측 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 판상부(301, 401, 501)를 갖추는 준비단계는:- 각각 중간판(321, 421, 521)과 한 쌍의 측면판(322, 422, 522)을 포함하는 복수개의 모듈 판상 요소(320, 420, 520)를 갖추는 준비단계와,- 상기 판상 돌출부(302, 402, 502)를 형성하기 위해 상기 측면판(322, 422, 522)의 병렬배치 또는 상호고정에 의한 상기 모듈 판상 요소(320, 420, 520)의 모듈 어플리케이션 단계를포함하는, 전기모터용 외측 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 판상 돌출부(107)의 말단부(7)를 변형시키는 변형단계는 상기 말단부(7)를 구부리는 단계로 구성되는, 전기모터용 외측 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 판상 돌출부의 말단부(107, 207, 307, 407, 507)를 변형시키는 변형단계는:- 상기 말단부(107, 207, 307, 407, 507)의 절단 또는 분리 단계와,- 상기 말단부(107, 207, 307, 407, 507)를 구부리는 단계를포함하는, 전기모터용 외측 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,각각의 코일은 상기 판상 돌출부에 삽입된 릴(6, 106, 206, 306, 406, 506)의 둘레에 감기는, 전기모터용 외측 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,말단부(7,107, 207, 307, 407, 507)를 변형시키는 동안에, 상기 말단부(7,107, 207, 307, 407, 507)는 변형되어 혀의 형상(32, 132, 232, 332, 432, 532)을 나타내고, 곡선 모양의 전방 표면(30, 130, 230, 330, 430, 530)은 외부 원통형 표면을 둘러쌀 수 있고, 후방 표면(31,131, 231, 431, 531)은 상기 릴(6, 106, 206, 306, 406, 506)과 접촉되어 상기 릴(6, 106, 206, 306, 406, 506)을 고정시키는, 전기모터용 외측 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 판상부(1, 101, 301, 401, 501)는 단일 층으로 형성되는, 전기모터용 외측 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 판상부(201)는 복수개의 층 또는 강자성체의 다중층 특히, 2개의 층으로 형성되는, 전기모터용 외측 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 다음의 준비 단계 즉,- 미리 결정된 두께(S)의 판상 단일층을 갖추는 준비단계와,상기 ∑는 고정자가 요구하는 최대 플럭스에 필요한 강자성체 코어의 단면부인, 증명단계와,- 상기 판상부(1, 101, 201, 301, 401, 501)를 위한 복수개의 층으로 형성된 판상 스트립을 형성하기 위해 상기 연장 형성된 직사각형을 조립하는 조립단계가제공되는, 전기모터용 외측 고정자의 제조방법.
- 전기모터(13, 133, 213, 313, 413, 513)를 제조하는 방법은,- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 외측 고정자(11, 111, 211, 311, 411, 511)의 가공단계와,- 적합한 내측 회전자(12, 112, 212, 312, 412, 512)의 가공단계와,- 마지막으로 적합한 에어 갭(15, 115, 215, 315, 415, 515)의 간섭을 갖는 회전자(12, 112, 212, 312, 412, 512)와 고정자(11, 111, 211, 311, 411, 511)의 상호 어플리케이션 단계를포함하는, 전기모터 제조방법.
- 전기모터(13, 133, 213, 313, 413, 513)용 코일(5, 105, 205, 305, 405, 505)로 둘러싸인 자극(2, 102, 202, 302, 402, 502)을 갖는 외측 고정자(11, 111, 211, 311, 411, 511)로서,각 자극(2, 102, 202, 302, 402, 502)의 말단부(7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507)의 적어도 일부분은 해당하는 다른 자극(2, 102, 202, 302, 402, 502)의 말단부(7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507)의 적어도 일부분과 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 외측 고정자.
