Claims (5)
- 회전축을 중심으로 회전운동을 하는 황삭용 툴 및 정삭용 툴이 각각 장착되어 있는 제 1 스핀들 및 제 2 스핀들;치아 보철물을 형성하기 위한 모재를 고정하는 모재 고정부; 및상기 제 1 스핀들 및 제 2 스핀들과 상기 모재 고정부를 고정하는 베이스;를 포함하며,상기 제 1 스핀들 및 제 2 스핀들은 동일한 축(제 1 축)상에서 마주보고 위치하고 있고,상기 모재 고정부는 고정된 상기 모재가 상기 스핀들 사이에 위치할 수 있도록 상기 제 1 축과 교차하는 제 2 축과, 상기 제 1 축 및 제 2 축의 수직 방향인 제 3 축 상에 위치하는 구조로 이루어져 있고,상기 모재 고정부에 고정된 상기 모재의 가공 시, 필요로 하는 정밀도에 따라서 상기 황삭용 툴 및 정삭용 툴을 교대하여 상기 모재를 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아 보철물 가공기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 스핀들 및 제 2 스핀들은 상기 제 1 축 상에서 이동하고,상기 모재 고정부는 상기 제 2 축과, 상기 제 1 축 및 제 2 축의 수직 방향 의 제 3 축 상에서 이동하고, 상기 제 2 축을 기준 축으로 하여 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아 보철물 가공기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 황삭용 툴 및 정삭용 툴의 교대는, 황삭용 툴 및 정삭용 툴 중 하나가 상기 모재를 가공하는 곳에 위치하고, 상기 스핀들이 180도 회전하면서 상기 황삭용 툴 및 정삭용 툴의 위치가 서로 교대되어 상기 모재를 가공하는 것으로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아 보철물 가공기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 황삭용 툴 및 정삭용 툴의 교대는, 상기 모재가 상기 황삭용 툴 또는 정삭용 툴 사이에 위치하다가, 상기 정삭용 툴 또는 황삭용 툴 사이에 위치하도록 상기 모재 고정부가 상기 제 2 축 상에서 이동하는 것으로 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아 보철물 가공기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 스핀들 및 제 2 스핀들에 결합되어 마주보고 있는 두 개의 황삭용 툴 및 두 개의 정삭용 툴은 각각 회전축이 어긋나 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아 보철물 가공기.
