Claims (2)
- 파라자일렌(p-xylene)과 아세트산을 포함하는 원료를 산화반응시켜 테레프탈산을 제조 공정에서 테레프탈산을 회수한 이후 모액의 금속막 필터링 방법으로서,필터하우징(12) 내에 금속분말을 실린더 형상으로 압축 소결한 금속막 필터(14)가 적어도 하나 설치된 필터부(10)에서 상기 금속막 필터(14)의 일측으로 상기 모액을 주입하고 상기 금속막 필터(14)를 통과한 후 상기 금속막 필터(14)의 타측으로 필터링된 용액을 배출하는 여과 단계(410)와;상기 여과 단계(410)가 진행되는 동안, 상기 필터부(10)의 상기 모액이 주입되는 부분의 압력과 상기 필터링된 용액이 배출되는 부분의 압력차가 미리 결정된 값보다 큰지 여부를 판단하는 단계(420)와;상기 압력차가 상기 미리 결정된 값보다 크면, 상기 여과 단계(410)를 중지시키고(430), 상기 금속막 필터(14)의 상기 타측으로 아세트산을 미리 정해진 시간동안 주입하여 상기 금속막 필터(14)의 상기 일측으로 배출시켜 재사용하도록 하는 리사이클 단계(440)와;다시 상기 여과 단계(410)부터 상기 리사이클 단계(440)까지 미리 정해진 횟수만큼 반복한 후, 상기 필터부(10)를 세정하는 세정 단계(470)를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 테레프탈산 제조 공정의 금속막 필터링 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 금속막 필터(14)는, 평균입경 15 ~ 25 ㎛인 금속분 말을 실린더 형상으로 압축 소결한 후 그 표면에 평균입경 0.1 ~ 3 ㎛인 금속분말을 스프레이로 도포하여 소결시킨 것을 특징으로 하는, 테레프탈산 제조 공정의 금속막 필터링 방법.
