Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a liquid filter reusable in a short time, almost without losing a normal liquid, by introducing high-pressure gas to wash the liquid filter back.
CONSTITUTION: Normally, a contaminated liquid enters into a liquid tank 5 through an inlet duct 7 and is purified through a filtering material 3 and picked out of a dust 13. When the filtering material 3 gets clogged, valves 9, 15 are closed and another valve 25 is opened so that the contaminated liquid in the tank 5 flows out of a drain duct 23 and a portion of normal water in a liquid filter 1 thereafter flows out through the filtering material 3. When another valve 19 is opened in that state, high-pressure gas flows in through a duct 17 to instantaneously compress the normal water in the liquid filter 1 and a rising duct 11 downward. As a result, the normal liquid under high pressure gushes through the openings of the filtering material 3 to scatter clogging contaminative matters away and discharge them through the dust 23. Therefore, the filtering material 3 is made capable of filtering again.
