Claims (9)
- 인가된 시스템 전압을 사용하여 전기 에너지를, 로드형 반도체 재료를 전도성 있게 가열하기 위한 프로세스 종속(process-dependent)의 가변 전기 에너지로 변환하는 3상 변환기 장치(three-phase converter arrangement)로서,(A) 공급 시스템에 연결된, 3상 1차 권선;(B) 3개의 2차 권선; 및(C) 3개의 가열 회로를 포함하고,설비 변압기(installation transformer)의 상기 3개의 2차 권선 각각은, 하류에 전력 제어기가 연결되는 2개 이상의 전압 탭을 가지며,상기 가열 회로는, 부하 저항으로 가열 에너지를 개별 조정하기 위하여 별형 연결 구조로 연결된 상기 2차 권선 및 가열되는 반도체 재료를 포함하고,상기 전력 제어기의 전력 부품(power component)은, 체적(volume)을 최적화하기 위하여 3상 변압기에 국부적으로 직접 배치되는,3상 변환기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전압 탭의 상기 2차 권선 상의 위치는, 원하는 전류/전압 특성 곡선을 고려하여, 각각의 애플리케이션에서 시스템에 대한 반작용을 최적화하도록 정해지 는, 3상 변환기 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 전력 제어기는 구동용 전자 장치(driving electronics)를 구비한 백투백 표준 전력 사이리스터(back-to-back standard power thyristor)를 포함하는, 3상 변환기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전압 탭은 상기 변압기에서 멀리 떨어진 쪽에서 추가적인 스위칭 소자 없이 상기 전력 제어기에 직접 연결되는, 3상 변환기 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 전력 제어기들의 트리거링 각도는 서로 개별적으로 미리 정해지며, 맨 나중의 것은 반도체 캐리어 로드의 가열을 위하여 계속하여 요구되는 전압 제어를 수행하는, 3상 변환기 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항, 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,전력 반도체 소자를 구동하기 위한 조정용 전자 장치(regulating electronics)는, 고에너지 영역 내에 배치되거나, 또는 고에너지 영역 밖에 배치되는, 3상 변환기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 3개의 가열 회로는 2차 권선을 포함하고,상기 가열되는 반도체 재료는 별형 점 연결구조가 아니라, 각각의 경우에 상(phase)마다 분리된 개별 전류 피드백 가지는 전위 고립 방식(potential-isolated fashion)으로 구현되는, 3상 변환기 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항, 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 로드형 반도체마다의 가열 에너지를 연속하여 공급할 수 있는, 3상 변환기 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항, 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 3상 변환기 장치는 < 13m3의 폐쇄 체적(enclosed volume)을 가지는, 3상 변환기 장치.
