Claims (13)
- 상부기판과 하부기판이 마련되고 상기 기판들 사이에 액정이 주입되는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 상부기판은 컬러필터 레진층이 형성되고, 상기 상부기판 또는 하부기판에는 상기 상부기판의 외부로부터 입사된 광을 반사하는 반사패턴이 형성되며, 상기 반사패턴의 상부에는 상기 반사패턴과 대응하는 형상으로 형성되되 상기 반사패턴으로부터 반사된 광이 산란되도록 광산란층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화면품위를 개선한 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 광산란층은 아크릴 수지 또는 에폭시 수지 재질의 투명수지와 실리카 또는 알루미늄 재질의 산란입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화면품위를 개선한 액정표시장치
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 광산란층은 포토리소그래피(Photolithography)법 또는 잉크젯(Inkjet)법에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화면품위를 개선한 액정표시장치
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반사패턴은 상기 하부기판에 형성되는 게이트라인 또는 데이터라인인 것을 특징으로 하는 화면품위를 개선한 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반사패턴은 상기 하부기판에 형성되되, 게이트라인 및 데이터라인과는 별도로 형성된 패턴인 것을 특징으로 하는 화면품위를 개선한 액정표시장치.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,상기 광산란층은 상기 하부기판에 형성된 상기 반사패턴에 대응되도록 형성되되, 상기 하부기판 중 상기 반사패턴 상부의 상기 액정과 인접한 면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화면품위를 개선한 액정표시장치.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,상기 광산란층은 상기 하부기판에 형성된 반사패턴에 대응되도록 형성되되, 상기 상부기판 중 상기 액정과 인접한 면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화면품위를 개선한 액정표시장치.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,상기 광산란층은 상기 하부기판에 형성된 반사패턴에 대응되도록 형성되되, 상기 상부기판의 액정과 인접하지 않은 면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화면품 위를 개선한 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상부기판은 상기 컬러필터 레진층의 사이에 위치하여 빛샘을 방지하는 블랙매트릭스가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화면품위를 개선한 액정표시장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 반사패턴은 상기 블랙매트릭스인 것을 특징으로 하는 화면품위를 개선한 액정표시장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 반사패턴은 상기 상부기판에 형성되되, 상기 블랙매트릭스와는 별도로 형성된 패턴인 것을 특징으로 하는 화면품위를 개선한 액정표시장치.
- 제 10항 또는 제 11항에 있어서,상기 광산란층은 상기 상부기판에 형성된 상기 반사패턴에 대응되도록 형성되되, 상기 액정과 인접하지 않은 면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화면품위를 개선한 액정표시장치
- 제 10항 또는 제 11항에 있어서,상기 광산란층은 상기 상부기판에 형성된 상기 반사패턴에 대응되도록 형성되되, 상기 상부기판과 상기 반사패턴 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화면품위를 개선한 액정표시장치
