Claims (5)
- 용융상태의 폴리비닐알콜에,요오드화 칼륨을 혼합하여 원료용액을 하는 원료혼합단계;상기 원료용액을 용액 캐스팅하여 폴리비닐알콜 필름을 형성하는 필름형성단계;상기 폴리비닐알콜 필름을 산화처리제 수용액에 침지한 후 건조하는 산화처리단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알콜 필름 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 요오드화 칼륨의 함량은 상기 폴리비닐알콜 100중량부에 대하여, 3 내지 70중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알콜 필름 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화처리제 수용액은 과산화수소(H2O2) 수용액 또는 붕산(H3BO3) 수용액 중 적어도 하나로 이루어지며, 상기 산화처리제 수용액의 농도는 3 내지 50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알콜 필름 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 필름형성단계 이후에 생성된 폴리비닐알콜 필름의 두께는 40 내지 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알콜 필름 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 폴리비닐알콜 필름을 염색 및 연신하여 제조된 폴리비닐알콜 편광자.
