Claims (5)
- 용융상태의 폴리비닐알콜에,요오드화 칼륨을 상기 폴리비닐알콜 100중량부에 대하여, 16 내지 50중량부로 혼합하여 원료용액을 하는 원료혼합단계;상기 원료용액을 용액 캐스팅하여 두께 45 내지 75㎛인 폴리비닐알콜 필름을 형성하는 필름형성단계;폴리비닐알콜 필름을 농도가 10중량%인 과산화수소(H2O2) 수용액으로 이루어진 산화처리제 수용액에 침지하여 상기 폴리비닐알콜 필름 내부에 확산되어 있는 요오드 이온(I-)을 폴리요오드 이온 (I3 _ 또는 I5 _ 중 적어도 하나)으로 변환시킨 후, 건조하는 산화처리단계; 및상기 폴리비닐알콜 필름을 붕산수용액이 담긴 팽윤조와, 요오드 및 요오드화 칼륨의 혼합수용액이 담긴 염색조와, 붕산 수용액이 담긴 가교조에 순차적으로 참지하면서 일축 연신하여 1차 연신한 후, 상기 기재필름을 붕산수용액이 담긴 연신조에 침지하면서 일축 연신하여 2차 연신한 후, 건조하는 연신단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알콜 편광자 제조방법.
