Description
Claims (10)
- 피냉각물을 냉각하는 냉각 스테이지;상기 피냉각물이 안착되는 He응축부;상기 He응축부에 연통하는, He가스가 충전된 저장고;상기 냉각 스테이지와 상기 He응축부의 사이에 배치된, 상기 He응축부보다 열전도율이 낮은 재료로 이루어진 전열완충재;를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 He응축부는 4K 근방의 온도에서의 열전도율이 200W/(m·K) 이상의 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전열완충재는 4K 근방의 온도에서의 열전도율이 100W/(m·K) 미만의 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 He응축부의 용적은 10cc 이상 100cc 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저장고의 용적은 상기 He응축부의 용적의 5배 이상 100배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저장고에 충전된 상기 He가스의 압력은 실온에서 0.1MPa 이상 1.0MPa 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 He응축부의 내면에 휜(fin)이 세워져 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 He응축부의 내면에 다공질 구조체가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전열완충재와, 상기 냉각 스테이지 또는 상기 He응축부의 접촉면에 요철이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 He응축부에 장착된 온도 센서 및 히터;상기 온도 센서의 측정결과에 기초하여 상기 히터를 구동하는 제어부;를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
