Claims (8)
- 표면의 60도 광택도가 50% 이하이고 탁도가 90% 이하인 매트층(B층)과,상기 매트층 상에 필름 연신 공정에서 슬립성을 부여하고 무광택도를 향상시키기 위해 양면에 도포되는 양면 코팅층(A층 및 C층)의 3층 구조로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 슬립성이 향상된 이축연신 폴리에스테르 매트필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 매트층(B층)은 평균입자크기가 0.5 내지 20㎛인 실리카 입자를 0.5 내지 10중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 슬립성이 향상된 이축연신 폴리에스테르 매트필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 슬립성 부여를 위해 도포되는 양면 코팅층(A층 및 B층)은 실리콘계 고분자와 Pt 또는 Rh 촉매가 포함된 조액을 사용하여 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 슬립성이 향상된 이축연신 폴리에스테르 매트필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘계 고분자 코팅층은 마찰계수(Us, Uk)가 0.05~0.40인 것임을 특징으로 하는 슬립성이 향상된 이축연신 폴리에스테르 매트필 름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘계 고분자 코팅층은 광택도가 10 내지 20%인 것임을 특징으로 하는 슬립성이 향상된 이축연신 폴리에스테르 매트필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘계 고분자를 코팅한 폴리에스테르 매트필름은 제조 공정시 양면 인라인 코터로 양면 코팅하며 이축연신한 것임을 특징으로 하는 슬립성이 향상된 이축연신 폴리에스테르 매트필름.
- 실리카 입자를 0.5 ~ 10중량% 함유하는 폴리에스테르를 건조하는 단계;상기 건조된 칩을 다이를 통해 압출하여 캐스팅 드럼에서 냉각시켜 시트를 제조하는 단계;상기 단계에서 제조된 시트를 종방향으로 75 ~ 130℃의 온도 범위에서 2.0 내지 4.0배 연신하는 단계;상기 연시된 시트 상에 수용성 실리콘계 고분자가 5 내지 20중량% 함유된 조액을 양면 인라인 코터로 코팅한 후, 횡방향으로 90 내지 145℃의 온도 범위에서 3.0 내지 4.0배 연신하는 단계; 및상기 연신된 필름을 200 내지 250℃의 온도 범위에서 열처리를 행하는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 슬립성이 향상된 이축연신 폴리에스테르 매트필름의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서 상기 실리카 입자는 평균입자크기가 0.5 ~ 20μm인 것임을 특징으로 하는 슬립성이 향상된 이축연신 폴리에스테르 매트필름의 제조방법.
