Claims (8)
- 기공의 크기가 2 ~ 10 nm이고, 기공 벽의 두께가 14 ~ 20 Å이고, 입자 크기가 0.1 ~ 1.0 ㎛ 이고, 비표면적이 500 ~ 1400 m2/g 인 중기공성 실리카 분자체 100 중량부에,전이금속이 0.5 ~ 10 중량부 범위로 담지된 것을 특징으로 하는 선택산화탈황용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 선택산화탈황용 촉매는 실리카 분자체의 몰비를 기준으로 0.05 ~ 1.0 몰비의 실릴화 제제에 의해 촉매 표면이 실릴화된 것을 특징으로 하는 선택산화탈황용 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 실릴화 제제는 할로 C1 -20 알킬 실란, C1 -20 알킬 실라잔 및 C1 -20 알콕시 실란 중에서 선택된 실란계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 선택산화탈황용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전이금속은 4B, 5B, 6B, 7B 및 8B 족의 전이금속 중에서 선택된 단일 전이금속 또는 2종 이상의 전이금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 선택산화탈황용 촉매.
- 기공의 크기가 2 ~ 10 nm이고, 기공 벽의 두께가 14 ~ 20 Å이고, 입자 크기가 0.1 ~ 1.0 ㎛ 이고, 비표면적이 500 ~ 1400 m2/g 인 중기공성 실리카 분자체 100 중량부에, 전이금속을 0.5 ~ 10 중량부 범위로 담지시키는 단계, 및상기 전이금속이 담지된 실리카 분자체에 실리카 분자체의 몰비를 기준으로 0.05 ~ 1.0 몰비의 실릴화 제제를 혼합한 후, 50 ~ 400 ℃에서 실릴화 반응하여, 표면이 소수성으로 개질된 촉매를 제조하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 표면이 실릴화된 선택산화탈황용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전이금속은 4B, 5B, 6B, 7B 및 8B 족의 전이금속 중에서 선택된 단일 전이금속 또는 2종 이상의 전이금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 선택산화탈황용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전이금속은 중기공성 결정성 실리카 분자체 합성 중에 담지되거나, 초기함침법에 의해 담지되거나, 그라프팅법에 의해 담지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택산화탈황용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 실릴화 제제는 할로 C1 -20 알킬 실란, C1 -20 알킬 실라잔 및 C1 -20 알콕시 실란 중에서 선택된 실란계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 선택산화탈황용 촉매의 제조방법.
