Claims (12)
- 서열번호 2로 표시되는 아미노산 서열로 이루어진, 식물의 환경 스트레스 저항성 또는 병원균 저항성을 향상시키는데 관여하는 고추 유래의 CaNAC2 단백질.
- 제1항의 CaNAC2 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 염기서열로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 서열번호 1의 염기서열과 95% 이상의 상동성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 제2항의 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 식물 발현 벡터.
- 제5항에 있어서 상기 벡터는 도 6에 기재된 pMBP1::CaNAC2 벡터.
- 제5항의 재조합 식물 발현 벡터를 식물에 도입하는 단계를 포함하는, 식물의 환경 스트레스 저항성 또는 병원균 저항성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 병원균은 세균, oomycete 병원균 및 바이러스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 병원균은 세균성 점무늬병균 또는 고추역병원균 (Phytophthora capsici, oomycete)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 환경 스트레스는 살리실산, 에테폰(ethephon), 염, 만니톨, 냉해 및 메틸 비올로겐(methyl viologen)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 환경 스트레스 저항성 또는 병원균 저항성이 증가된 식물체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 식물체는 고추 또는 담배인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체.
