- 서열번호 4로 표시되는 아미노산 서열로 이루어진, 토코페롤의 합성에 관여하는 애기장대(Arabidopsis thaliana) 유래의 TC/VTE1 (tocopherol cyclase) 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환되어 토코페롤 함량이 증가된 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환 상추.
- 서열번호 4로 표시되는 아미노산 서열로 이루어진, 토코페롤의 합성에 관여하는 애기장대(Arabidopsis thaliana) 유래의 TC/VTE1 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 상추에서 과발현시킴으로써 토코페롤 함량을 증가시키는 방법.
