Claims (9)
- 콘텐츠에 IP 헤더를 부착하여 IP 패킷화하는 IP 패킷화수단과,상기 IP 패킷화수단에 의해 IP 패킷화된 콘텐츠의 IP 패킷을 디지털방송의 방송파에 사용하는 기설정된 전송 패킷에 캡슐화하는 캡슐화수단과,상기 캡슐화수단에 의해 캡슐화된 IP 패킷을 포함하는 전송 패킷을 방송망을 거쳐 송출하는 송출수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 콘텐츠 전송장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 송출수단은, 상기 전송 패킷을 IP 멀티캐스트에 의해 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 콘텐츠 전송장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 콘텐츠마다 IP 멀티캐스트 그룹 어드레스와, 상기 방송 콘텐츠의 수신측 장치의 조건이 설정된 IP 멀티캐스트 대응에 관한 정보를 작성하는 IP 멀티캐스트 대응정보 작성수단을 구비하고,상기 송출수단은, 상기 IP 멀티캐스트 대응에 관한 정보를 임의의 수신노드로 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 콘텐츠 전송장치.
- IP 패킷이 캡슐화된 전송 패킷을 방송망을 거쳐 수신하는 수신수단과,상기 수신수단에 의해 수신한 상기 전송 패킷의 캡슐화를 해제하고, 상기 IP 패킷에 포함되는 콘텐츠를 추출하는 추출수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 콘텐츠 전송장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 콘텐츠 추출수단에 의해 추출된 상기 IP 패킷의 IP 어드레스를, 미리 설정된 IP 어드레스와 대비하여, 서로가 일치하는 IP 패킷만을 선택하여 수신하도록 제어하는 선택수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 콘텐츠 전송장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 콘텐츠마다 IP 멀티캐스트 그룹 어드레스와, 상기 콘텐츠를 수신하는 조건이 설정된 IP 멀티캐스트 대응에 관한 정보를 수신하는 IP 멀티캐스트 대응정보 수신수단을 구비하고,상기 선택수단은, 상기 IP 멀티캐스트 대응정보 수신수단에 의해 수신한 상기 IP 멀티캐스트 대응에 관한 정보에 설정되어 있는 조건이, 미리 설정되어 있는 조건에 일치할 때 상기 콘텐츠를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 콘텐츠 전송장치.
- 제 4항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 선택수단에 의해 선택된 상기 콘텐츠를, 기설정된 통신망을 거쳐 네트 워크 접속된 외부 기기에 전송하는 루팅수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 콘텐츠 전송장치.
- 콘텐츠에 IP 헤더를 부착하여 IP 패킷화하는 IP 패킷화공정과,상기 IP 패킷화공정에 의해 IP 패킷화된 콘텐츠의 IP 패킷을 디지털방송의 방송파에 사용하는 기설정된 전송 패킷에 캡슐화하는 캡슐화공정과,상기 캡슐화공정에 의해 캡슐화된 IP 패킷을 포함하는 전송 패킷을 방송망을 거쳐 송출하는 송출공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 콘텐츠 전송방법.
- IP 패킷이 캡슐화된 전송 패킷을 방송망을 거쳐 수신하는 수신공정과,상기 수신공정에 의해 수신한 상기 전송 패킷의 캡슐화를 해제하고, 상기 IP 패킷에 포함되는 콘텐츠를 추출하는 추출공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 콘텐츠 전송방법.
