- 상부에 개구를 구비하고 고점성액이 수용되는 컵 모양 용기와,상단으로 피완충체를 지지하고 상기 컵 모양 용기의 축심에 배치된 스터드와,이 스터드의 상부 및 컵 모양 용기의 상부에 고정되고, 이 컵 모양 용기의 상부 개구를 액체가 새지 않게 밀봉하여 상기 고점성액이 봉입되는 밀봉용기를 형성하는 가요성 밀봉뚜껑과,상기 스터드의 하단에 고정되고, 이 스터드와 함께 상기 밀봉용기 내를 이동 가능한 가동 감쇠판과,상기 컵 모양 용기에 고정되고, 상기 가요성 밀봉뚜껑과 상기 가동 감쇠판 사이의 상기 밀봉용기 내에 배치되고, 중심부에 상기 스터드가 관통하는 투과구멍이 형성된 환상(環狀)의 고정 감쇠판과,상기 컵 모양 용기의 바닥면과 상기 가동 감쇠판 사이에 설치된 스프링 부재를구비하고,상기 컵 모양 용기의 내주면과 상기 가동 감쇠판의 외주면 사이에 제1액체 통로를 형성하고,상기 고정 감쇠판의 투과구멍의 면과 상기 스터드의 외주면 사이에 제2액체 통로를 형성하고,상기 가동 감쇠판은, 스터드가 상기 피완충체로부터 수평방향의 부하를 받지 않고 있는 중립위치에 있어서, 외주면이 상기 컵 모양 용기의 내주면과 비접촉이고,상기 고정 감쇠판은, 상기 중립위치에 있어서 중심부의 투과구멍의 내주면이 스터드의 외주면과 비접촉인 것을특징으로 하는 액체봉입식 마운트장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가요성 밀봉뚜껑은, 중심부에 상기 스터드가 관통하는 투과구멍이 형성된 도넛 모양의 탄성재료에 의해 성형된 뚜껑부재로서, 이 스터드의 상단부가 액체가 새지 않게 가황 접착되는 뚜껑부재와, 이 뚜껑부재의 가장자리 부분이 상기 컵 모양 용기에 고정되는 부착부를 구비하고,상기 뚜껑부재는, 상기 스터드 또는 컵 모양 용기가 피완충체로부터 상하방향의 부하를 받는 경우에, 스터드에 고정된 중심부 또는 부착부에 의해 컵 모양 용기에 고정된 가장자리 부분이 상하방향으로 휘는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체봉입식 마운트장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 고정 감쇠판은,상기 컵 모양 용기에 고정되는 플랜지부와 중앙에 형성된 투과구멍의 주위가 하방으로 연장되는 원통부로 이루어지는 부착부와,이 원통부의 내주면 및 외주면과 하단을 연속적으로 피복하는 탄성재료로 이루어지는 감쇠부를구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체봉입식 마운트장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정 감쇠판은, 상기 스터드가 가로방향으로 이동했을 때에, 상기 스터드의 외주면과 완충적으로 접촉 가능하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체봉입식 마운트장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밀봉용기는, 고점성액과 공기를 봉입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체봉입식 마운트장치.
