Claims (14)
- 차대(2)에 배치되어 제어 유닛의 구동 신호를 이용하여 조정되는 구동기들과, 차대(2) 또는 차대(2)에 연결된 부품의 위치를 검출하기 위한 거리 센서(4)를 구비한 자동차의 차대(2) 위치를 조정하기 위한 시스템이며,상기 거리 센서(4)의 측정된 센서 신호가 미리 설정된 목표값과 상이할 경우, 구동기의 조정이 실시될 수 있는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 시스템에 있어서,상기 차량 밑면의 적어도 3개의 이격된 지점에, 비접촉식 거리 센서(4)를 구비한 각각 1개의 경로 측정 센서 장치(3)가 배치되며, 상기 각각의 거리 센서(4)에 의해 상이한 방향(5, 6, 7)으로 두가지 이상의 경로 측정이 실시될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 거리 센서(4)에 의해 차대(2)와 지면(8) 사이의 거리가 측정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 거리 센서(4)에 의해 차대(2)와 휠림(9) 사이의 거리가 측정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 거리 센서(4)에 의해 상기 거리 센서의 전방에 놓인 장애물(10)까지의 거리가 측정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 장치들(3)은 차량 휠에 인접하여 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 각각의 차량 휠에 1개의 센서 장치(3)가 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 거리 센서들(4)은 각각 1개의 송/수신 유닛 및 서로 임의의 각도를 형성하는 2개 이상의 스캐닝 빔(5, 6, 7)을 발생시키는 빔 분리기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 센서 장치 내 빔 분리기로서 위상 제어 부재가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 센서 장치 내 빔 분리기로서 렌즈 구조물이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 거리 센서(4)의 측정된 센서 신호들이 목표값들과 차이가 나는 경우, 차량 부품의 준정적 위치 조정이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 거리 센서(4)의 측정된 센서 신호들이 목표값들과 차이가 나는 경우, 차량 부품의 동적 위치 조정이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 센서 신호로서 근거리 레이더가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 시스템.
- 자동차의 차대(2) 위치를 조정하기 위한, 특히 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 시스템을 구동하기 위한 방법이며,차대(2) 또는 차대(2)에 연결된 부품의 위치를 검출하는 거리 센서(4)의 센서 신호들에 기초하여 제어 유닛의 제어 신호들을 통해 차대(2)가 조정되고, 측정된 센서 신호가 미리 설정된 목표값과 상이할 경우, 차대(2)의 조정이 실시되는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 차량 밑면의 적어도 3개의 이격된 지점에서 비접촉식 경로 측정이 실시되고, 상기 각각의 지점에서 상이한 방향(5, 6, 7)으로 적어도 2회의 경로 측정이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 차대 위치를 조절하기 위한 방법.
- 제13항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 제어 장치.
