Abstract
【解決手段】制御/操作ユニットの操作信号を介して設定される、シャシ(2)に配置されているアクチュエータと、シャシ(2)の位置またはシャシ(2)と結合されている部品の位置を測定するための距離センサ(4)とを備え、距離センサ(4)の測定センサ信号が所定の目標値から偏差を有している場合、アクチュエータの調節が実行可能である、自動車シャシの位置調節装置において、車両下側の、間隔をなす少なくとも3つの位置にそれぞれ、非接触作動距離センサ(4)を備えた距離測定センサ装置(3)が配置され、且つ各距離センサ(4)を介して異なる方向(5、6、7)に少なくとも2つの距離測定が実行可能である。

Description
本発明による自動車シャシの位置調節装置は、車両下側に、それぞれ非接触作動距離センサを備えた、間隔をなす少なくとも3つのセンサ装置を含み、これらのセンサ装置は、異なる方向に少なくとも2つの距離測定を実行可能である。これは、各距離センサにそれぞれ付属された送/受信ユニットと、相互にある角度をなす少なくとも2つの走査ビームを発生させるためのビーム・スプリッタとにより達成される。はじめに送/受信ユニット内においてセンサ・ビームが発生され、センサ・ビームは、後方に配置されているビーム・スプリッタ内において、相互にある角度をなす少なくとも2つの走査ビームに分割される。これらの2つの走査ビームは異なる方向を有し、その結果、センサ装置の位置と、当該走査ビームが衝当する車両部品または周囲との間の種々の距離を測定することが可能である。ビーム・スプリッタとして位相制御素子またはレンズ幾何形状が使用されてもよい。ビーム方向は時間的に差をつけて切り換えられてもよい。
センサが車両路面に対するシャシないしは車台の高さ変化を車両の右側のみならず左側においてもまた検出することにより、角度補正が実行可能である。好ましくない横揺れ運動は、車両の左側および右側における反対方向のアクチュエータ運動を介して安定化可能である。
Claims (14)
- 制御/操作ユニットの操作信号を介して設定される、シャシ(2)に配置されているアクチュエータと、シャシ(2)の位置またはシャシ(2)と結合されている部品の位置を測定するための距離センサ(4)とを備え、距離センサ(4)の測定センサ信号が所定の目標値から偏差を有している場合、アクチュエータの調節が実行可能である、自動車シャシの位置調節装置において、
車両下側の、間隔をなす少なくとも3つの位置にそれぞれ、非接触作動距離センサ(4)を備えた距離測定センサ装置(3)が配置され、且つ各距離センサ(4)を介して異なる方向(5、6、7)に少なくとも2つの距離測定が実行可能であることを特徴とする自動車シャシの位置調節装置。 - 各距離センサ(4)を介して、シャシ(2)と路面(8)との間の距離が決定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1の位置調節装置。
- 各距離センサ(4)を介して、シャシ(2)と車輪リム(9)との間の距離が決定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2の位置調節装置。
- 各距離センサ(4)を介して、距離センサ前方に存在する障害物(10)までの距離が決定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかの位置調節装置。
- 距離測定センサ装置(3)が、車両車輪に隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかの位置調節装置。
- 各車両車輪に1つのセンサ装置(3)が付属されていることを特徴とする請求項5の位置調節装置。
- 距離センサ(4)がそれぞれ、送/受信ユニットと、相互にある角度をなす少なくとも2つの走査ビーム(5、6、7)を発生させるためのビーム・スプリッタとを有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかの位置調節装置。
- 前記距離測定センサ装置内の前記ビーム・スプリッタとして、位相制御素子が使用されることを特徴とする請求項7の位置調節装置。
- 前記距離測定センサ装置内の前記ビーム・スプリッタとして、レンズ幾何形状が使用されることを特徴とする請求項7の位置調節装置。
- 距離センサ(4)の測定センサ信号が目標値から偏差を有する場合、車両部品の準静的位置調節が実行されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかの位置調節装置。
- 距離センサ(4)の測定センサ信号が目標値から偏差を有する場合、車両部品の動的位置調節が実行されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかの位置調節装置。
- 前記センサ信号として近距離レーダが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかの位置調節装置。
- シャシ(2)が、制御/操作ユニットの操作信号を介して、距離センサ(4)のセンサ信号の関数として設定され、距離センサ(4)を介して、シャシ(2)の位置またはシャシ(2)と結合されている部品の位置が測定され、測定センサ信号が所定の目標値から偏差を有している場合、シャシ(2)の調節が実行される、請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の自動車シャシの位置調節装置を作動する自動車シャシの位置調節方法において、
車両下側の、間隔をなす少なくとも3つの位置において非接触距離測定が実行され、各位置において、異なる方向(5、6、7)に少なくとも2つの距離測定が実行されることを特徴とする自動車シャシの位置調節方法。 - 請求項13に記載の位置調節方法を実行するための制御装置。
