Claims (3)
- 반응기 내 이동하는 촉매층의 공극률은 80 ~ 99 %를 유지하고, 주입구에 대한 출구에서의 기체의 압력강하(ΔP)는 하기 수학식 1로 계산되는 최소 유동화 조건에서의 압력강하(ΔP0)의 30 ~ 95 %가 되도록 기체를 촉매 충전 방향에 향류로 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 충전 방법:[수학식 1]여기서, ΔP0는 최소 유동화 조건에서의 압력강하[Pa], Lmb는 촉매가 이동하는 층의 길이[m], εmb는 반응관 내 이동하는 촉매층의 공극률, ρcat는 촉매입자의 밀도[kg/m3], ρgas는 주입되는 기체의 밀도[kg/m3]이며, g는 중력가속도[m/s2]이다.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 촉매층 내에서의 압력강하(ΔP)는 상기 수학식 1로 계산되는 최소 유동화 조건에서의 압력강하(ΔP0)의 50 ~ 70 %가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 충전 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 충전되는 반응기는 관형 반응기 또는 슬랩 반응기인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 충전 방법.
