Claims (4)
- 열 강판을 구속하여 통과시키는 복수의 구속 롤 쌍을 구비하고, 각 구속 롤 쌍 사이에 냉각수 분사량 제어 가능한 스프레이 노즐을 강판 통과 방향 및/또는 강판 통과 직교 방향으로 복수 열 구비한 강판 통과 냉각 장치의 스프레이 노즐의 배치 설정 방법에 있어서, 냉각수의 냉각면에의 충돌 압력의 n승을 구속 롤 쌍 사이에서 강판 통과 방향으로 적분한 값이, 강판 통과 직교 방향의 최대값으로부터 -20 % 이내로 되도록 스프레이 노즐을 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 노즐의 배치 설정 방법.단, 0.05 ≤ n ≤ 0.2
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 구속 롤 쌍 사이의 노즐 열마다 수량 혹은 냉각수의 분사 영역이 상이한 복수 종류의 노즐을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 노즐 배치 설정 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스프레이 노즐이, 물과 공기를 혼합 분사 가능한 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 노즐 배치 설정 방법.
- 스프레이 노즐의 배치를 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법을 이용하여 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 열 강판 냉각 장치.
