Claims (3)
- 베이스프레임(10)상에 공구수납부(20)가 설치되며, 상기 공구 수납부(20)의 내부에는 다수의 절삭공구(201)들이 메거진(30)에 장착된 공구홀드(200)들에 수납되어 있으며, 상기 공구 수납부(20)의 대향 측에는 이송레일(11)이 베이스프레임(10)상에 고정 설치되고, 상기 이송레일(11)상에 이송대(50)가 장착되며, 상기 이송대의 전방부에 주축(60)이 설치되는 NC가공장치에 있어서,상기 공구수납부(20)의 내측벽면(20a)의 일정위치에 레이저 센서(100)가 설치되어서 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구 길이 측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 레이저 센서(100)는 메거진(30)에 장착된 절삭공구(201)의 길이방향으로 수평위치에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구 길이 측정장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 레이저 센서(100)는 공구 정보를 절삭공구 길이 측정장치의 콘트롤러와 데이터를 네트웍을 이용하여 전송받아 측정된 공구의 길이를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구 길이 측정방법.
