Claims (2)
- 건조된 김분말에 에탄올을 가하여 김분말에 함유된 지용성분을 추출하여 탈지 김분말을 제조하는 탈지 김분말 제조 단계와,균질화된 김분말-용매 혼합액에 섬유질분해효소와 단백질분해효소를 가하여 김분말의 섬유질 및 단백질을 가수분해시키는 효소적 가수분해 단계와,효소적 가수분해된 김분말-용매 혼합액을 121℃, 1.2㎏/㎠의 고온고압처리하고 pH1.5 내지 pH7.0으로조절하는 고온고압처리 및 pH조절단계와,고온고압처리 및 pH조절이 끝난 혼합액을 실온까지 냉각시킨 후 원심분리기를 이용하여 침전물과 상등액을 분리하고 여과하여 김추출액을 얻는 원심분리단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 김의 기능성 물질의 추출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,원심분리된 김추출액에 주정을 가한 다음 여과하여 여과액을 얻고, 그 여과액을 농축시킨 당분리 및 농축단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 김의 기능성 물질의 추출 방법.
