Claims (2)
- 열간 압연된 강판을 한 방향으로 반송하면서 냉각 장치 내의 상하에 배치한 노즐로부터 강판에 냉각수를 공급하여 냉각하는 강판의 냉각 방법에 있어서,상기 강판을 상기 강판의 반송 방향에 대하여 강판을 선두측으로부터 선단(先端) 영역과, 선부(先部) 영역과, 중앙부 영역으로 구분하는 동시에, 상기 냉각 장치를 상기 강판의 반송 방향에 대하여 전단부와 후단부로 구분하고,상기 냉각 장치의 전단부에 있어서, 상기 강판의 선단 영역이 통과하는 중에는 냉각수량을 제로로 하고, 상기 선부 영역이 통과할 때는 냉각수량을 기준 수량 밀도의 80 체적% 내지 95 체적%로부터 차츰 증가시켜서, 상기 선부 영역과 상기 중앙부 영역의 경계부가 도달하였을 때에 상기 냉각수량이 상기 기준 수량 밀도가 되도록 주수(注水)하고, 이 중앙부 영역이 통과하는 중에는 상기 기준 수량 밀도로 주수를 계속하며, 또한, 상기 냉각 장치의 후단부에 있어서, 상기 강판의 상기 선단 영역이 통과하는 중에는, 상기 냉각수량을 상기 기준 수량 밀도의 80 체적 내지 95 체적%로 하고, 상기 선부 영역이 통과할 때는 상기 냉각수량을 상기 기준 수량 밀도의 80 체적% 내지 95 체적%로부터 차츰 증가시켜서, 상기 선단 영역과 상기 중앙부 영역과의 경계부가 도달하였을 때에 상기 냉각수량이 상기 기준 수량 밀도가 되도록 주수하고, 이 중앙부 영역이 통과하는 중에는 상기 기준 수량 밀도로 주수를 계속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 냉각 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 강판의 상기 중앙부 영역보다 뒤에 위치한 후단부측을 강판의 반송 방향에 대하여 후부 영역과, 후단 영역으로 구분하고, 상기 냉각 장치의 상기 전단부 및 상기 후단부에 있어서, 상기 강판의 상기 중앙부 영역이 다 통과하고 난 후, 상기 후부 영역이 통과할 때에는 상기 냉각수량을 상기 기준 수량 밀도로부터 차츰 감소시키고, 상기 후부 영역과 상기 후단 영역과의 경계부가 도달하였을 때에 상기 냉각수량이 상기 기준 수량 밀도의 80 체적% 내지 95 체적%가 되도록 주수하며, 상기 후단 영역이 통과하는 중에는 기준 수량 밀도의 80 체적% 내지 95 체적%로 주수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 냉각 방법.
