Claims (6)
- (a) 공침 반응기에 증류수와 암모니아 수용액을 넣은 후 질소를 상기 반응기내로 공급하여 교반하는 단계;(b) Ni:Mn:Mg:Ti의 몰비가 1:2.4:0.4:0.2 내지 1:2.88:0.1:0.02의 비율로 포함하는 금속염 수용액, 착화제인 암모니아 수용액, 및 pH 조절제로서 알칼리 수용액을 상기 반응기내로 연속적으로 투입한 후 혼합하여 복합금속 수산화물을 반응물형태로 얻는 단계;(c) 상기 (b)단계에서 얻어진 복합금속 수산화물을 열처리하여 복합금속 산화물을 얻는 단계; 및(d) 상기 (c)단계에서 얻어진 복합금속 산화물을 리튬화합물과 혼합한 후 소성하여 화학식 Li1 +a[NixMgyTizMn2 -x-y-z]O4 (여기서, a, x, y, z는 각각, 0≤a≤0.1, 0.4≤x≤0.6, 0.05≤y≤0.2, 0<z≤0.1)로 표시되는 스피넬형 복합금속 산화물로 이루어지는 양극 활물질을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 스피넬형 양극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속염은 황산염, 질산염, 초산염 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 스피넬형 양극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되고, 화학식 Li1+a[NixMgyTizMn2-x-y-z]O4 (여기서, a, x, y, z는 각각, 0≤a≤0.1, 0.4≤x≤0.6, 0.05≤y≤0.2, 0<z≤0.1)로 표시되는 스피넬형 복합금속 산화물로 이루어지는 리튬 이차전지용 스피넬형 양극 활물질.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 x의 범위가 0.45≤x≤0.55인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 스피넬형 양극 활물질.
- 제 3항에 있어서, y의 범위가 0.05≤y≤0.1인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 스피넬형 양극 활물질.
- 제 3항에 있어서, z의 범위가 0.02≤z≤0.05인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 스피넬형 양극 활물질.
