Claims (2)
- 제1,2유압펌프와, 상기 제1유압펌프에 연결되는 붐실린더용 스풀의 절환으로 구동되는 붐실린더와, 상기 제2유압펌프에 연결되는 아암실린더용 스풀의 절환으로 구동되는 아암실린더와, 상기 제2유압펌프로부터의 작동유를 붐실린더에 합류시키는 붐합류로직밸브를 포함하는 주행중 버킷의 버킷레스트 이탈방지용 유압회로에 있어서:상기 붐실린더용 스풀이 절환가능하게 내설되는 하우징 내부에 붐실린더의 라지챔버와 연통되도록 형성되는 제1포트;유압탱크에 연통되도록 상기 하우징 내부에 형성되는 제2포트; 및상기 제1포트와 제2포트사이에 위치하는 상기 붐실린더용 스풀의 랜드부와 하우징사이에 형성되는 틈새 오리피스를 포함하여,장시간 주행시 상기 제2유압펌프로부터 상기 붐실린더의 라지챔버에 공급되는 미소량의 작동유를 상기 틈새 오리피스를 통하여 유압탱크로 드레인시켜 붐실린더의 미소 구동을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주행중 버킷의 버킷레스트 이탈방지용 유압회로.
- 제1,2유압펌프와, 상기 제1유압펌프에 연결되는 붐실린더용 스풀의 절환으로 구동되는 붐실린더와, 상기 제2유압펌프에 연결되는 아암실린더용 스풀의 절환으로 구동되는 아암실린더와, 상기 제2유압펌프로부터의 작동유를 붐실린더에 합류시키는 붐합류로직밸브를 포함하는 주행중 버킷의 버킷레스트 이탈방지용 유압회로에 있어서:상기 아암실린더용 스풀이 절환가능하게 내설되는 하우징 내부에 상기 아암실린더의 라지챔버와 연통되도록 형성되는 제1포트;유압탱크에 연통되도록 상기 하우징 내부에 형성되는 제2포트;제1포트와 제2포트사이에 위치하는 상기 아암실린더용 스풀의 랜드부와 하우징사이에 형성되는 제1오리피스;상기 하우징 내부에 아암실린더의 스몰챔버와 연통되도록 형성되는 제3포트;유압탱크에 연통되도록 상기 하우징 내부에 형성되는 제4포트; 및상기 제3포트와 제4포트사이에 위치하는 상기 아암실린더용 스풀의 랜드부와 하우징사이에 형성되는 제2오리피스를 포함하여,장시간 주행시, 상기 제2유압펌프로부터 상기 아암실린더의 라지챔버에 공급되는 미소량의 작동유를 상기 제1오리피스를 통하여 유압탱크로 드레인시키고, 상기 제2유압펌프로부터 상기 아암실린더의 스몰챔버에 공급되는 미소량의 작동유를 상기 제2오리피스를 통하여 유압탱크로 드레인시켜, 상기 아암실린더의 미소 구동을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주행중 버킷의 버킷레스트 이탈방지용 유압회로.
