Claims (3)
- 소정 패턴의 편광필름이 부착된 테이프를 가이드하는 가이드부가 형성된 베이스;상기 베이스의 일측 상부에 설치되어 상기 테이프에 부착된 편광필름의 불량여부를 검출하는 검출수단;상기 테이프의 이동경로를 따라 상기 베이스에 설치되는 프레임과, 상기 프레임에 설치되어 테이프로부터 상기 검출수단에 의해 검출된 불량 편광필름을 분리하는 적어도 하나의 분리수단;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광필름 자동검출 제거 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분리수단은 상기 프레임에 승,하강 가능하게 설치되며 단부에 제거핀이 구비된 승강수단과;상기 편광필름이 부착된 테이프의 진행방향에 대하여 상기 제거핀의 후측에 위치하도록 상기 승강수단에 설치되는 이동롤러와;상기 이동롤러를 경유하도록 설치되는 접착테이프가 감겨진 공급롤러; 및상기 접착테이프가 권취되며 구동부에 의해 회전되도록 상기 프레임의 일측에 설치되는 권취롤러;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광필름 자동검출 제거 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 검출수단은 상기 베이스의 상부에 상방향으로 연장되게 설치된 서포트 부재와;상기 서포트 부재에 설치되며 상기 가이드부를 통과하는 편광필름이 부착된 테이프를 촬영하는 씨씨디 카메라 유니트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광필름 자동검출 제거 시스템.
