Claims (5)
- 내부에서 발생한 X선을 취출하기 위한 X선 출사창을 가지는 양극 수납부와,상기 양극 수납부 내에 배치되고 X선 타겟을 가지는 양극과, 그리고,상기 X선 타겟으로부터 상기 X선 출사창을 향해 X선을 발생시킬 수 있도록 이 X선 타겟을 향해 전자를 출사하기 위한 전자총을 구비하는 X선관에 있어서,상기 양극 수용부는 상기 전자총의 전자 출사구 중심과 상기 X선 타겟의 전자 입사면 중심을 연결하는 제1 기준선과, 이 제1 기준선과 상기 X선 타겟의 전자 입사면 상에서 교차하는 직선으로서 상기 X선 출사창 중심과 상기 X선 타겟의 전자 입사면 중심을 연결하는 제2 기준선을 포함하는 기준면에 평행한 1벌의 도전성 평면부로서 상기 X선 타겟의 전자 입사면을 사이에 둔 상태로 서로 대향하도록 배치된 1벌의 도전성 평면부를 가지는 X선관.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양극 수용부는 상기 전자총이 부착되는 헤드부와, 상기 헤드부 내에 부착되고, 그 내부에 상기 X선 타겟의 상기 전자 입사면이 위치하도록 상기 양극의 일부를 수납하는 내측 용기를 구비하고, 그리고,상기 1벌의 상기 도전성 평면부는 상기 내측 용기에 설치되어 있는 X선관.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양극은 소정의 축을 따라 뻗은 형상의 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 선단으로부터 상기 본체부의 축선을 따라 뻗어 있는 돌출부를 구비하고, 그리고,상기 돌출부에 상기 X선 타겟의 상기 전자 입사면이 형성되어 있는 X선관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 X선 타겟에 대면하는 상기 전자총의 전자 출사구는 원형 형상을 가지는 X선관.
- 제1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재의 X선관과, 그리고상기 X선 타겟에 X선을 발생시키기 위한 전압을 공급하기 위한 전원부를 구비한 X선원.
