Claims (6)
- 토출 압력 공간을 내부에 갖는 밀폐 용기와,상기 밀폐 용기 내에서 고정되는 고정 스크롤과,상기 고정 스크롤과 맞물려 압축실을 형성하는 동시에 선회 운동함으로써 상기 압축실에서 압축한 냉매를 상기 토출 압력 공간에 토출시키는 선회 스크롤과,상기 선회 스크롤의 상기 고정 스크롤과 반대 측에서 배압을 발생시키는 배압실을 구비하는 스크롤 압축기에 있어서,상기 밀폐 용기 내에 배압 릴리프 밸브 장치가 더 설치되는 동시에, 상기 배압 릴리프 밸브 장치는 상기 배압실의 압력이 상기 토출 압력 공간의 압력보다도 높아졌을 때에, 상기 배압실의 냉매를 상기 토출 압력 공간으로 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정 스크롤을 상기 밀폐 용기 내에서 고정하는 프레임이 상기 선회 스크롤을 덮도록 배치됨으로써, 상기 배압실이 상기 고정 스크롤과 상기 프레임 사이에 형성되는 동시에, 상기 배압 릴리프 밸브 장치는 상기 프레임에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정 스크롤을 상기 밀폐 용기 내에서 고정하는 프레임이 상기 선회 스크롤을 덮도록 배치됨으로써, 상기 배압실이 상기 고정 스크롤과 상기 프레임 사이에 형성되는 동시에, 상기 배압 릴리프 밸브 장치는 상기 고정 스크롤에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배압실과 상기 압축실을 연통시키도록 동작하는 배압 제어 밸브 장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 배압실의 압력과, 상기 토출 압력 공간의 압력과의 차에 의해 상기 토출 압력 공간에 저류된 윤활유를 송출하는 급유 기구를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압축실과 상기 토출 압력 공간을 연통시키도록 동작하는 상시 폐쇄의 과압축 릴리프 밸브 장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
