Claims (5)
- 적어도 하나 이상의 셀을 포함하되, 상기 셀은 분리막을 사이에 두고 양극과 음극 두 전극이 서로 대향되게 배치된 다음 전해액이 함침되어 구성된 전기이중층 커패시터에 있어서,상기 전극은, 표준 수소의 산화환원전위를 기준으로 한 산화환원전위가 +0.5V 이하로 제어된 활성탄으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기이중층 커패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 활성탄은, 300℃ ~ 900℃의 온도에서 20분 ~ 12시간 동안 열처리되어 산화환원전위가 +0.5V 이하로 제어된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기이중층 커패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 활성탄은, 환원제와의 반응에 의해 산소의 함량이 감소되어 산화환원전위가 +0.5V 이하로 제어된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기이중층 커패시터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상가 활성탄은, 산소의 함량이 5중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기이중층 커패시터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 전기이중층 커패시터는, 셀당 작동전압이 2.7V 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기이중층 커패시터.
