Claims (9)
- 하기의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 말뼈로부터의 골이식재의 제조방법:(a) 혈액성분이 제거된 말뼈를 정제수에서 끓여 지방질과 단백질을 1차 제거하고 건조시키는 단계;(b) 상기 건조된 뼈를 분쇄하고, 분쇄된 뼈 분말을 유기용매에 침적시켜 진탕하는 단계;(c) 상기 유기용매를 제거하고 건조시키는 단계;(d) 상기 용매가 제거된 뼈 분말을 2~20% 농도의 차아염소산나트륨용액으로 처리하는 단계;(e) 상기 뼈 분말에서 차아염소산나트륨 용액 및 불순물을 제거하고 수득된 뼈 분말을 건조시키는 단계;(f) 상기 뼈 분말에서 정제수를 첨가하여 120~125℃에서 30분~5시간 가압 수열처리한 후, 수득된 뼈 분말을 건조시키는 단계;(g) 상기 건조된 뼈 분말을 500~1000℃에서 1~24시간 열처리하여 지질과 단백질을 완전히 제거하는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 클로로포름/메탄올 혼합용매인 것을 특징 으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차아염소산나트륨 용액의 농도는 4%(w/v)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (g) 단계의 열처리 온도는 550℃~ 650℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (g) 단계 이후에 상기 열처리된 뼈 분말을 212~425㎛, 425~1000㎛, 1000~2000㎛ 및 1000~3000㎛로 구성된 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 크기를 가지는 체로 거르는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 골이식재를 함유하는 골이식재용 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 골 성장을 촉진하는 성장인자, 피브린, 골 형태 형성인자, 골성장제, 화학요법제, 항생제, 진통제, 비스포스포네이트, 스트론툼염, 불소염, 마그네슘염 및 나트륨 염으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 생물학적 활성물질을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식재용 조성물.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 히알루론산(hyaluronic acid), 콘드로이틴 황산, 알긴산, 키토산, 콜라겐, 수산화인회석, 탄산칼슘, 인산칼슘, 황산칼슘 및 세라믹으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화학적 화합물을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식재용 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 화학적 화합물이 히알루론산인 것을 특징으로 하는 젤 타입의 골이식 대체용 조성물.
