Claims (2)
- 호빙공구에 의해 가공물을 기어 가공하는 통상의 호빙머신으로,상기 호빙공구의 회전에 관여하는 호브모터와,상기 호브모터의 회전수를 측정하는 로터리 엔코드 카운터와,상기 가공물을 지지하는 로터리 테이블의 회전에 관여하는 서보모터와,상기 가공물의 회전 정도를 측정하는 포지션 코드 카운터와,상기 로터리 엔코드 카운터와 포지션 코드 카운터로부터 정보를 제공받고 이들 정보에 의해 상기 호브모터와 서보모터를 제어하여 상기 호브모터와 서보모터의 동작을 동기화시키는 제어부를 포함하여 구성된 호빙머신의 정밀동기제어 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서보모터의 회전수를 측정하여 그 정보를 상기 제어부에 제공하는 로터리 엔코드 카운트를 더 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 호빙머신의 정밀동기제어 구조.
