Abstract

본고안은 전선또는 각종 물체를 묶는 전선타이(tie)의 헤드(head)부분의 구조를 개선하여 타이를 재활용할수 있도록 하는 전선묶음타이에 관한것으로,
헤드내의 형성된 탄성턱에 있어서, 탄성턱끝단부에 원통형을 가로로 얹어놓은 모양으로 연장형성한 걸림돌기; 상기 걸림돌기가 그상단부인,즉, 헤드전면 외부로 튀어나오지 않도록 `ㄷ`자 형태의 홈을 형성한 안내홈; 상기 걸림돌기가 소정의 위치로 용이하게 안내되도록 안내홈 가운데끝단부가 `V`형태로 형성된것을 특징으로 하며, 재시공시나, 임시로 묶어놓았을때 쉽게 풀어 재활용되므로 비용절감의 효과를 가져온다.

본고안은 전선또는 각종물체를 지지대에 고정한 타이를 다시 풀어 재활용할수 있도록 하는 전선묶음타이에 관한것으로,
더욱 상세하게는, 타이의 머리부분 즉, 헤드(head)내측의 체결구조를 개선하여 재시공시나 필요시 전선이나 각종물체를 고정한 타이 헤드내에 인입된 밴드부를 탈거시켜 재활용할 수 있도록 헤드내에 풀림장치인 걸림돌기를 내장한 전선묶음 타이에 관한것 이다.
종래의 타이는 밴드부를 헤드내에 한번 체결시키면, 체결구조상, 다시 해제시킬수 없어, 임시로 묶어놓은 것을 다시풀거나, 재시공시, 밴드부를 절단하는 등, 일회용으로, 쓸수 밖에 없는 단점이 있었다.
상기와 같이 헤드내의 밴드부를 탈거시킬 수 없는 단점을 보안한 헤드내의 탄성턱끝단부에 해제돌기를 연장형성하여 헤드내의 밴드부를 탈거시킬 수 있는 타이가 있으나,
이 또한 밴드부를 탈거시키는 동안 해제돌기를 들어야 되는 불편함이 있고, 작은 규격의 타이일 경우, 손톱끝으로 들어야되는 세밀한 작업을 요하기 때문에 실장갑을 벗어야 되는 번거로움과, 해제돌기가 헤드외부로 노출이 되어 장애물이 되고 밴드부 절단정리 작업시, 해제돌기부분이 같이 제거되는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한것으로,
본고안은 해제돌기부분을 헤드내로 감추면서, 재활용할 수 있도록 하는 타이 를 제공하는데 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본고안은 돌기부분을 헤드내부로 감추면서도,재시공시나 필요시 전선또는 각종물체를 고정한 타이를 해제시켜 재활용할 수 있도록 하는 타이에 관한것으로,
두께가 얇게 형성되고, 그배면에 다수의 일방향톱니가 형성된 밴드부; 상기 밴드부의 타단부에 연결된 헤드; 3개의 일방향톱니모양에 탄성을 갖는 탄성턱에 있어서,
상기 탄성턱끝단부에 원통형을 가로로 얹어 놓은 모양의 걸림돌기를 상기 헤드내부에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이를 제공한다.
또한, 본고안에 따른 상기 걸림돌기 상단부인, 즉, 헤드전면일측에 상기 걸림돌기가 튀어나오지 않도록 `ㄷ`자 형태의 안내홈을 형성하고, 상기 걸림돌기가 소정의 위치로 용이하게 안내되도록 안내홈 가운데끝단부가 `V`형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본고안에 의한 전선묶음타이를 첨부된 도면을 통해 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도1은 일반적인 타이의 사시도이고 도2는 본고안에 의한 전선타이의 측면도이며, 도3은 도2의 `A`부의 구조를 도시한 확대도이며,도4는 본고안의 실시예에 따른 상태도이며, 도5는 도3의 `B`에서 본 평면도이며, 도6은 본고안에 의한 타이의 실시예에 따른 단면상태도이다.
도1내지 도6에 도시된바와 같이, 본고안은, 두께가 얇게 형성되고, 그배면에 일방향톱니(2)가 형성된 밴드부(1); 상기 밴드부의 일방향톱니의 이동에 따라, 연속적인 탄성을 갖으며, 3개의 일방향톱니(11)가 일체로 형성된 탄성턱(12) 있어서,
탄성턱(12)끝단부에 원통형을 가로로 얹어놓은 모양의 걸림돌기(13)를 연장형성것을 상기 헤드(3)내부에 포함한다.
상기 걸림돌기(13) 상단부인 즉, 헤드 소정부위에 도5에 도시된바와 같이, 상기 걸림돌기(13)가 헤드전면으로 튀어 나오지 않도록 `ㄷ`자 형태의 안내홈(14)을 형성하고, 상기 걸림돌기(13)가 소정의 위치로 용이하게 안내되도록 인입되는 안내홈 가운데끝단부(15)가 `V`형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같이 본고안에 의한, 헤드구조개선을 통해 형성된 전선타이의 작용을 살펴보면, 다음과 같다.
먼저, 도6에 도시된 단면상태도에 따라 전선또는 각종물체에 고정된 타이 밴드부를 `C`방향으로 들어올림으로써, 탄성턱끝단부에 형성된 상기 걸림돌기가 소정의 위치인 안내홈 끝단부에 결합되고, 결합된 상태에서, 헤드내의 밴드부가 쉽게 탈거되어 사용이 편리한 장점이 있다.
또한, 상기 걸림돌기가 헤드 내부로 감춰진 상태로 밴드절단 정리작업시에도 걸림돌기가 제거되지 않아, 반복사용하는 장점이 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본고안에 의한 전선타이의 효과를 살펴보면 임시로 묶어 놓았거나 재시공시, 재활용할수 있어 비용이 절감되는 효과를 갖는다.

  1. 전선또는 각종물체를 묶는 전선타이의 헤드부분의 구조를 개선 재활용할수 있도록 하는 전선묶음타이에 관한 것으로,
    헤드내의 탄성턱에 있어서, 탄성턱끝단부에 원통형을 가로로 얹어놓은 모양으로 연장형성된 걸림돌기; 상기 걸림돌기 상단부인 즉, 헤드 일측면에 상기 걸림돌기가 헤드전면에 뒤어나오지 않도록 `ㄷ`자 형태의 홈을 형성한 안내홈; 및, 상기 걸림돌기가 소정의 위치로 용이하게 안내되도록 안내홈 가운데끝단부가 `V`형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선묶음타이.
