Claims (10)
- (B) 미세입자 메타카르보네이트를 포함하는, (A) 유기규소 화합물계 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축합 반응을 통해 가교가능한 조성물인 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,(A) 2개 이상의 축합성 기를 함유하는 유기규소 화합물,(B) 미세입자 메타카르보네이트, 및 필요한 경우(C) 가교제를 사용하여 제조할 수 있는 조성물인 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 본 발명에서 사용되는 유기규소 화합물 (A)이 하기 화학식 (I)의 단위를 함유하는 화합물인 가교성 조성물:RaYbSiO(4-a-b)/2 (I)상기 식 중,R은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 산소 원자가 개재할 수 있는 비치환 또는 치환 탄화수소 라디칼을 의미하고,Y는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 히드록시 라디칼 또는 가수분해성 라디칼을 의미하며,a는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이고,b는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이며,단, a와 b의 합이 4 이하이고, 분자당 2개 이상의 Y 라디칼이 존재한다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (B)은 평균 입경이 0.1 μm 내지 30 μm인 미세입자 메타카르보네이트인 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 탄산칼슘 함량이 90 중량% 이상인 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 비표면적이 15 m2/g 이하인 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 오일 흡수치(ISO 787/5)가 1 g/100 g 초과인 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 사용량이 유기규소 화합물 (A) 100 중량부를 기준으로 1 중량부 내지 500 중량부인 가교성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 조성물의 가교를 통해 제조되는 성형물.
