Claims (14)
- 백금이온 전구체를 제1 용매에 용해시켜 백금이온 전구체 용액을 준비하는 단계;이산화 티탄 전구체를 제2 용매에 용해시켜 이산화 티탄 전구체 용액을 준비하는 단계;상기 백금이온 전구체 용액 및 상기 이산화 티탄 전구체 용액을 혼합 및 1차 교반 시키는 단계; 및상기 백금이온 전구체 용액 및 상기 이산화 티탄 전구체 용액의 혼합액에 질소이온 전구체를 첨가하고 2차 교반시켜 나노 콜로이드 용액을 생성하는 단계;상기 나노 콜로이드 용액을 30 내지 50℃의 온도 하에서 감압 증발 시켜 분말화된 이산화 티탄 광촉매를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백금이온 전구체는 염화백금산(Ti(OC3H7)4)인 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이산화 티탄 전구체는 티타늄테트라이소프로폭사이드 (titaniumtetraisopopoxide) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 제조 방 법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 질소이온 전구체는 트리에틸아민((C2H5)3N)인 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백금이온 전구체 용액을 준비하는 단계는,상기 백금이온 전구체 용액의 pH가 1 내지 2가 되도록 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 용매는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 용매는 이소프로필알콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1차 교반은 적어도 8 시간 동안 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백금이온 전구체는 백금이온의 함량이 상기 이산화 티 탄 전구쳬에 함유된 티탄의 원자 수 대비 0.1 내지 5 at%가 되도록 상기 제1 용매에 용해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 제조 방법은 상기 분말화된 이산화 티탄 광촉매를 350 내지 450℃의 온도 하에서 2 내지 5 시간 동안 가열하여 소성시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 제조 방법은 상기 분말화된 이산화 티탄 광촉매를 물로 세척 하고 건조시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 제조 방법.
- 이산화 티탄 격자 내에 백금이온 및 질소이온이 동시에 도핑되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 백금이온 및 질소이온의 도핑 농도는 각각 티탄 원자 수 대비 0.1 내지 5 at%인 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 이산화 티탄 광촉매의 입자 크기가 5 내지 10 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화 티탄 광촉매.
