Claims (7)
- 압축 공기가 유입되는 공기 유입 관로;상기 공기 유입 관로에 연결되며 도금량 조절기의 세정 모드를 자동모드와 수동모드로 제어하는 제어부;상기 제어부에 연결되며, 상기 제어부로부터 입력되는 압축 공기를 통해 구동되는 구동부;상기 구동부에 고정되어 상기 도금량 조절기의 공기 분사구를 세정하는 세정기;상기 구동부와 상기 세정기의 장착상태를 지지하는 고정부를 포함하는 도금량 조절기 자동 세정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동부는상기 제어부로부터 공급되는 압축 공기의 입력으로 구동되는 구동 모터;상기 구동 모터에 연결되어 회전되는 구동 풀리;상기 구동 풀리와 설정된 간격을 갖고 이격 설치되는 종동 풀리;상기 구동 풀리와 상기 종동 풀리를 연결하며 상기 구동 풀리의 회전에 연동되어 이동되는 와이어 로프를 포함하는 도금량 조절기 자동 세정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 종동 풀리는상기 구동 풀리에 인접 설치되는 제1 종동 풀리;상기 제1 종동 풀리와 설정된 간격을 갖고 이격 설치되는 제2 종동 풀리를 포함하는 도금량 조절기 자동 세정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 고정부는상기 와이어 로프의 길이방향으로 신장 형성되는 슬라이드 바;상기 슬라이드 바를 고정하는 베이스 프레임을 포함하는 도금량 조절기 자동 세정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세정기는 상기 공기 분사구의 홈에 삽입되는 다수개의 브러시를 포함하는 도금량 조절기 자동 세정장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 브러시는 탄성 재질로 구성되는 도금량 조절기 자동 세정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부에 전기적으로 회로 연결되며, 상기 세정기의 세정모드를 자동모드와 수동모드로 설정하는 팬던트 스위치를 더 포함하는 도금량 조절기 자동 세정장치.
