Claims (10)
- 멀티패스의 간섭을 제거하는 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 탑재하는 이동통신단말로서,통신에 관한 제어 신호에 기초하여, 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시키는지의 여부를 판정하는 판정수단과,상기 판정수단에 의해서 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시킨다고 판정된 경우에, 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시키는 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 이동통신단말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 판정수단은, 기지국과의 사이에서 송수신되는 상기 제어 신호에 기초하여, 통신이 개시되었는지의 여부를 판정하고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 판정수단에 의해서 통신이 개시되었다고 판정된 경우에, 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 이동통신단말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 판정수단은, 기지국으로부터 송신되는 상기 제어 신호에 기초하여, 기지국이 적응 변복조·오류정정 부호화 기술을 적용하고 있는지의 여부를 판정하고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 판정수단에 의해서 기지국이 적응 변복조·오류정정 부호화 기술을 적용하고 있다고 판정된 경우에, 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 이동통신단말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 판정수단은, 기지국으로부터 송신되는 상기 제어 신호에 기초하여, 유효한 수신 패스수가 일정수 이상인지의 여부를 판정하고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 판정수단에 의해서 유효한 수신 패스수가 일정수 이상이라고 판정된 경우에, 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 이동통신단말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 판정수단은, 기지국으로부터 송신되는 상기 제어 신호에 기초하여, 희망파 대 간섭파 전력비가 일정값 이상인지의 여부를 판정하고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 판정수단에 의해서 희망파 대 간섭파 전력비가 일정값 이상이라고 판정된 경우에, 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 이동통신단말.
- 이동통신단말에 탑재되는 멀티패스의 간섭을 제거하는 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치의 기동을 제어하는 방법으로서,통신에 관한 제어 신호에 기초하여, 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시키는지의 여부를 판정하는 판정 스텝과,상기 판정 스텝에서 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시킨다고 판정된 경우에, 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시키는 제어 스텝을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치의 기동을 제어하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 판정 스텝은, 기지국과의 사이에서 송수신되는 상기 제어 신호에 기초하여, 통신이 개시되었는지의 여부를 판정하고,상기 제어 스텝은, 상기 판정 스텝에서 통신이 개시되었다고 판정된 경우에, 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치의 기동을 제어하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 판정 스텝은, 기지국으로부터 송신되는 상기 제어 신호에 기초하여, 기지국이 적응 변복조·오류정정 부호화 기술을 적용하고 있는지의 여부를 판정하고,상기 제어 스텝은, 상기 판정 스텝에서 기지국이 적응 변복조·오류정정 부호화 기술을 적용하고 있다고 판정된 경우에, 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치의 기동을 제어하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 판정 스텝은, 기지국으로부터 송신되는 상기 제어 신호에 기초하여, 유효한 수신 패스수가 일정수 이상인지의 여부를 판정하고,상기 제어 스텝은, 상기 판정 스텝에서 유효한 수신 패스수가 일정수 이상이라고 판정된 경우에, 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치의 기동을 제어하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 판정 스텝은, 기지국으로부터 송신되는 상기 제어 신호에 기초하여, 희망파 대 간섭파 전력비가 일정값 이상인지의 여부를 판정하고,상기 제어 스텝은, 상기 판정 스텝에서 희망파 대 간섭파 전력비가 일정값 이상이라고 판정된 경우에, 상기 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치를 기동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 멀티패스 간섭 제거장치의 기동을 제어하는 방법.
