Description
Claims (7)
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 형성된 박막트랜지스터부;상기 기판 전면에 형성되어 상기 박막트랜지스터부의 상부에 콘택홀을 갖고 가장자리의 상부가 내측으로 기울어지도록 형성된 평탄화막; 및상기 콘택홀을 통해 상기 박막트랜지스터부와 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 박막트랜지스터부의 구동에 의해 구동되도록 상기 평탄화막 상에 형성된 발광부를 포함하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 평탄화막의 가장자리 내각은 15 ~ 60 도 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 평탄화막은 포토 아크릴, 폴리이미드 또는 BCB 계열 중 어느 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기판 상에는 상기 발광부 및 상기 박막트랜지스터부를 보호하는 보호막 이 추가로 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 보호막은 상기 평탄화막이 기울어진 각도와 일치하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 박막트랜지스터부는 a-Si으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광부의 발광층은 유기물로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
