Claims (7)
- 박막트랜지스터가 형성된 기판; 및상기 박막트랜지스터의 상부에 형성되어 가장자리가 외측으로 기울어지도록 형성된 평탄화막;을 포함하고, 상기 가장자리는 비표시영역에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 평탄화막의 가장자리 내각은 15 ~ 60 도 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 평탄화막은 포토 아크릴, 폴리이미드 또는 BCB 계열 중 어느 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기판 상에는 발광부 및 상기 박막트랜지스터부를 보호하는 보호막이 추가로 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 보호막은 상기 평탄화막이 기울어진 각도와 일치하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 박막트랜지스터부는 a-Si으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 발광부의 발광층은 유기물로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
