Description
Claims (11)
- 전극 조립체, 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 케이스, 상기 전극 조립체의 하부와 케이스 사이에 위치하는 하절연판, 상기 케이스를 밀봉하는 캡 조립체를 포함하여 이루어지는 리튬 이차전지에 있어서,상기 하절연판의 적어도 일측 면에는 바둑판 형상의 홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하절연판의 재질은 폴리에틸렌(PE) 또는 폴리프로필렌(PP)인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 하절연판은 압축 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 하절연판은 표면이 폴리비닐디플루라이드(PVdF)로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 폴리비닐디플루라이드(PVdF)는 PVdF 761, PVdF 2801, 상기 PVdF 761과 상기 PVdF 2801의 혼합물 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 전극 조립체, 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 원통형 케이스, 상기 전극 조립체와 상기 원통형 케이스 사이에 위치하는 하절연판, 상기 원통형 케이스를 밀봉하는 캡 조립체, 상기 전극 조립체와 상기 캡 조립체 사이에 위치하는 상절연판을 포함하여 이루어지는 원통형 리튬 이차전지에 있어서,상기 상절연판에는 다수의 홀이 형성되고, 상기 하절연판의 적어도 일측 면에는 바둑판 형상의 홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 상절연판의 홀은 메시(mesh) 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 상절연판과 상기 하절연판의 재질은 폴리에틸렌(PE) 또는 폴리프로필렌(PP)인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 상절연판과 상기 하절연판은 표면이 폴리비닐디플루라이드(PVdF)로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 폴리비닐디플루라이드(PVdF)는 PVdF 761, PVdF 2801, 상기 PVdF 761과 상기PVdF 2801의 혼합물 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 상절연판과 상기 하절연판은 압축 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
