Claims (8)
- 광조사에 의해 배향시킨 배향막을 가지는 액정표시장치로서,상기 배향막은, 1. 0 nm 이상의 방위각 리터테이션값으로 앵커링 강도가 1·O×10-3 Jm- 2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 배향막을 가지는 액정표시장치로서,상기 배향막은, 1. 0 nm 이상의 방위각 리터테이션 값으로 앵커링 강도가 1.O×10-3 Jm- 2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 2의 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치는 한쌍의 기판간에 액정층을 가지고 있고,상기 배향막은 상기 액정층을 사이에 두는 상하의 2개의 배향막으로 구성되고 있고,상기 배향막은 광조사에 의해 배향시킨 배향막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 3의 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 배향막은 9.0 J/㎠ 이상의 광의 적산 광량을 조사하여 구성된 것을 특 징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 2의 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치는 IPS형인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 액정표시장치에 있어서, 배향막 또는 기판상의 막에 1~80 nm의 방위각 리터테이션값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 6의 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 배향막은 광조사에 의해 배향시킨 배향막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 6의 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치는 IPS형인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
