- 하이브리드 차량의 제어기(HCU)와 각 제어기간의 페일 세이프티 제어 시스템에 있어서,차량 제어기(HCU)와 캔 통신 연결되어 동작신호를 차량 제어기측으로 출력하며, 엔진의 구동 제어를 이루는 엔진 제어기(ECU);차량 제어기(HCU)와 캔 통신 연결되어 동작신호를 차량 제어기측으로 출력하며, 모터의 구동 제어를 이루는 모터 제어기(MCU);차량 제어기(HCU)와 캔 통신 연결되어 동작신호를 차량 제어기측으로 출력하며, 변속기의 변속 제어를 이루는 변속기 제어기(TCU);차량 제어기(HCU)와 캔 통신 연결되어 동작신호를 차량 제어기측으로 출력하며, 배터리 상태를 관리하는 배터리 제어기(BMS); 및상기 엔진 제어기, 모터 제어기, 변속기 제어기 및 배터리 제어기의 구동 제어를 위해 동작신호를 상기 각 제어기측으로 출력하고 하이브리드 운전 모드를 제어하며, 상기 각 제어기와의 캔 통신 연결상태 검출을 위한 캔 통신라인 신호 검출단과, 상기 각 제어기로부터 입력되는 동작신호 검출을 위한 동작신호 검출단을 포함하는 하이브리드 차량 제어기(HCU)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어기간 페일 세이프티 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차량 제어기(HCU) 페일시 엔진 제어기와 변속기 제어기는 자체 제어신호에 따라 엔진 및 변속기 구동 제어를 이루며, 모터 제어기와 배터리 제어기는 하이브리드 운전모드 기능이 금지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어기간 페일 세이프티 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차량 제어기(HCU)로부터 출력되는 동작신호 페일시 차량 제어기는 엔진 제어기와 협조 제어를 이루며, 엔진 제어기와 변속기 제어기는 차량 제어기의 제어신호에 따라 정상 구동 제어되며, 모터 제어기와 배터리 제어기는 하이브리드 운전모드 기능이 금지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어기간 페일 세이프티 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 엔진 제어기(ECU)로부터 출력되는 동작신호 페일시 차량 제어기는 차량의 근거리 이동을 위한 모터구동 제어신호를 출력하며, 모터 제어기와 배터리 제어기는 차량 제어기의 제어신호에 따라 정상 구동 제어되며, 변속기 제어기는 자체 제어신호에 따라 변속기 구동 제어를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어기간 페일 세이프티 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모터 제어기(MCU)로부터 출력되는 동작신호 페일시 차량 제어기는 엔진 제어기와 협조 제어를 이루며, 엔진 제어기와 변속기 제어기는 차량 제어기의 제어신호에 따라 정상 구동 제어되며, 배터리 제어기는 하이브리드 운전모드 기능이 금지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어기간 페일 세이프티 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 변속기 제어기(TCU)로부터 출력되는 동작신호 페일시 차량 제어기는 모터 구동으로 시동을 이루고 아이들스탑을 금지시키기 위한 제어신호를 출력하며, 엔진 제어기는 변속기 제어기와 관련한 림프 홈(limp home) 모드 제어를 이루며, 모터 제어기와 배터리 제어기는 차량 제어기의 제어신호에 따라 정상 구동 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어기간 페일 세이프티 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 배터리 제어기(BMS)로부터 출력되는 동작신호 페일시 차량 제어기는 엔진 제어기와 협조 제어를 이루며, 엔진 제어기와 변속기 제어기는 차량 제어기의 제어신호에 따라 정상 구동 제어되며, 모터 제어기는 하이브리드 운전모드 기능이 금지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어기간 페일 세이프티 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차량 제어기(HCU)와 엔진 제어기(ECU)간의 캔 통신이 불가능한 경우 차량 제어기에서는 엔진 RPM 신호를 모터 제어기측으로부터 인가받은 모터 RPM 신호로 대체하고, TPS 신호는 차량 제어기 내 저장된 모델링 값으로 대체하고, 모터 토크 금지, 부압제어 림프 홈(limp home) 모드 제어 및 경고등 점등 처리를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어기간 페일 세이프티 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차량 제어기(HCU)와 변속기 제어기(TCU)간의 캔 통신이 불가능한 경우 차량 제어기에서는 최소 아이들 RPM 상승, 아이들 스탑 금지, 주행제어 모터 토크 금지, 차속신호를 차량 제어기 내 저장된 모델링 값으로 대체 및 경고등 점등 처리를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어기간 페일 세이프티 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차량 제어기(HCU)와 모터 제어기(MCU)간의 캔 통신이 불가능한 경우 차량 제어기에서는 모터 사용 금지, 모터 RPM 신호를 엔진 제어기측으로부터 인가받은 엔진 RPM 신호로 대체 및 경고등 점등 처리를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어기간 페일 세이프티 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차량 제어기(HCU)와 배터리 제어기(BMS)간의 캔 통신이 불가능한 경우 차량 제어기에서는 모터 토크 금지 및 경고등 점등 처리를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어기간 페일 세이프티 제어 시스템.
