Description
Claims (3)
- 불평형 신호단자와, 제1, 제2의 평형 신호단자를 갖는 평형-불평형 변환기능을 갖는 밸런스형 탄성 표면파 필터로서,압전기판과,상기 압전기판상에 있어서 표면파 전파방향을 따라 배치된 제1∼제3의 IDT를 가지며, 상기 불평형 신호단자에 제2의 IDT가 접속되어 있는 제1의 종결합 공진자형 탄성 표면파 필터부와,상기 압전기판상에 있어서 표면파 전파방향을 따라 배치된 제4∼제6의 IDT를 가지며, 상기 제1의 종결합 공진자형 탄성 표면파 필터부에 종속(縱續; cascade) 접속되어 있고, 상기 제1, 제2의 평형 신호단자에 제5의 IDT가 접속되어 있는 제2의 종결합 공진자형 탄성 표면파 필터부를 구비하며,상기 제2의 IDT 및 제5의 IDT가, 각각, 제1, 제3의 IDT 및 제4, 제6의 IDT와 서로 이웃해 있는 측의 단부로부터 표면파 전파방향에 있어서 당해 IDT의 중앙측을 향하는 일부의 전극지(電極指; electrode finger)의 주기가, 당해 IDT의 중앙의 전극지 부분의 주기보다도 작게 되어 있는 협피치 전극지부를 갖고,상기 제2의 IDT의 협피치 전극지부의 전극지의 개수를 N1, 상기 제5의 IDT의 협피치 전극지부의 전극지의 개수를 N2로 했을 때에, N1>N2로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸런스형 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 IDT의 협피치 전극지부의 전극지 피치를 P1, 상기 제5의 IDT의 협피치 전극지부의 전극지 피치를 P2로 했을 때에, P1>P2로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸런스형 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 IDT와, 상기 제4의 IDT를 접속하고 있는 제1의 신호선과, 상기 제3의 IDT와 상기 제6의 IDT를 접속하고 있는 제2의 신호선을 가지며, 상기 제1의 신호선을 전송하는 전기신호의 위상과, 상기 제2의 신호선을 전송하는 전기신호의 위상이 180°다르도록, 상기 제1∼제6의 IDT가 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸런스형 탄성 표면파 필터.
