Claims (4)
- 과산화수소, 수산화 암모늄, 증류수를 포함하는 탄소나노튜브 정제 용액으로서,과산화 수소(x) 0<x≤20 체적%, 수산화 암모늄(y) 7.5≤y≤25 체적%, 및 잔량으로 증류수를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제 용액.
- (a) 과산화 수소(x) 0<x≤20 체적%, 수산화 암모늄(y) 7.5≤y≤25 체적%, 및 잔량으로 증류수를 포함하는 탄소나노튜브 정제 용액을 준비하는 단계;(b) 상기 정제 용액에 탄소나노튜브를 담그는 단계;(c) 소정의 온도에서 소정의 시간동안 상기 정제 용액에 담긴 상기 탄소나노튜브를 정제하는 단계;(d) 상기 정제 용액에서 정제된 탄소나노튜브를 꺼내어 증류수에 세정하는 단계; 및(e) 상기 세정된 탄소나노튜브를 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 탄소나노튜브의 정제 방법.
- 제2항에 기재된 정제 방법에 따라 정제된 탄소나노튜브.
- 제1항에 기재된 정제용액에 의해 정제된 탄소나노튜브.
