Claims (6)
- 자동 변속기를 거쳐서 구동륜을 구동하는 엔진의 과회전을 방지하는 엔진의 과회전 방지 장치이며,운전자 요구 토크를 기초로 하여 상기 엔진의 토크를 제어하는 엔진 토크 제어부와,상기 엔진의 회전수를 검출하는 회전수 센서와,검출된 상기 엔진의 회전수를 기초로 하여 상기 엔진 토크 제어부에 의해 제어되는 상기 토크를 억제하고, 상기 엔진의 과회전을 방지하는 과회전 방지부와,상기 엔진의 회전수가 소정치보다 저하된 경우, 상기 과회전 방지부에 의한 토크의 억제를 해제하는 과회전 방지 해제부와,상기 자동 변속기에 의한 변속 중에, 상기 과회전 방지 해제부에 의해 상기 토크의 억제를 해제하여 토크를 증대하는 경우, 상기 토크의 증대 속도를 규제하는 엔진 토크 증대 속도 규제부를 포함하는 엔진의 과회전 방지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 토크 증대 속도 규제부는 상기 자동 변속기에 의한 변속 완료의 전후에서 상기 토크의 억제 정도를 다르게 하는 것인 엔진의 과회전 방지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 토크 증대 속도 규제부는 상기 자동 변속기에 의 한 변속 완료 후의 변속비에 따라서 상기 토크의 억제 정도를 다르게 하는 것인 과회전 방지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자동 변속기는,변속을 위한 마찰 요소와,상기 마찰 요소의 체결 상태와 해방 상태를 체결압에 의해 제어하는 체결압 제어부와,상기 엔진의 토크를 기초로 하여 체결압을 설정하는 체결압 설정부를 구비하고,상기 체결압 설정부는 상기 과회전 방지부에 의한 과회전을 방지하는 제어가 행해지고 있지 않은 경우보다 과회전을 방지하는 제어 중의 체결압을 높게 설정하는 엔진의 과회전 방지 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 체결압 설정부는 상기 과회전 방지부에 의해 억제되는 상기 엔진의 토크와는 달리, 이 억제된 토크를 증대 보정한 토크를 기초로 하여 체결압을 설정하는 엔진의 과회전 방지 장치.
- 자동 변속기를 거쳐서 구동륜을 구동하는 엔진의 과회전을 방지하는 엔진의 과회전 방지 방법이며,운전자의 구동력 요구를 기초로 하여 상기 엔진의 토크를 제어하고,상기 엔진의 회전수를 검출하고,검출된 상기 엔진의 회전수를 기초로 하여 상기 토크를 억제하고,상기 엔진의 회전수가 소정치보다 저하된 경우, 상기 토크의 억제를 해제하고,상기 자동 변속기에 의한 변속 중에 상기 토크의 억제를 해제하여 토크를 증대하는 경우, 상기 토크의 증대 속도를 규제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 과회전 방지 방법.
