Claims (7)
- 허니컴 구조체로서,접합재층에 의해 그 접합면에서 일체형으로 접합된 복수 개의 허니컴 세그먼트를 포함하는 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체와,상기 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체의 외주면을 덮는 외주 피복층을 포함하며, 상기 허니컴 구조체는 중앙 축선 방향으로 서로 평행하게 배치된 유체 통로로서 기능을 하는 복수 개의 셀을 구비하며,상기 중앙 축선 방향에 대한 직각 방향 단면에서 상기 접합재층의 길이 방향으로의 단부면에 위치한 부분들(단부면 상의 부분들) 중 적어도 하나의 부분에서의 상기 외주 피복층의 두께는 상기 단부면 상의 부분들 이외의 부분들의 평균 두께보다 큰 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부면 상의 부분들 중 최대 두께를 갖는 부분(최대 부분)에서의 최대 두께(t1)와 상기 외주 피복층의 단부면 상의 부분들 이외의 부분에서의 평균 두께(t2)는 (t1) ≥ 2×(t2)의 관계를 만족하는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부면 상의 부분들 중 최대 두께를 갖는 부분(최대 부분)에서의 최대 두께(t1)와 상기 외주 피복층의 단부면 상의 부분들 이외의 부분 에서의 평균 두께(t2)는 (t1) ≥ (2 내지 40)×(t2)의 관계를 만족하는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중앙 축선 방향에 대한 직각 방향 단면에서 상기 접합재층의 길이 방향으로의 단부면에서 서로 90°방향으로 위치하는 4개의 부분(단부면 상에서의 90°방향 부분들)에서의 상기 외주 피복층의 두께(t3)와 상기 외주 피복층의 단부면 상에서의 90°방향 부분들 이외의 부분들의 평균 두께(t4)는 (t3) ≥ (2 내지 40)×(t4)의 관계를 만족하는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 허니컴 세그먼트의 중앙 축선 방향에 대한 직각 방향 단면은 직사각형인 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체의 중앙 축선 방향에 대한 직각 방향 단면은 원형, 타원형, 또는 레이스트랙(racetrack) 형상을 갖는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 허니컴 구조체의 최외주를 구성하는 허니컴 세그먼트는 7셀 이상의 피치를 갖는 크러스트(crust)를 갖지 않는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
