Claims (8)
- 알데히드를 알돌 축합 및 탈수하여 대응하는 축합물을 수득하는 축합 단계,상기 축합물을 수소첨가하여 조(粗) 알코올을 수득하는 수소첨가 단계, 및상기 조 알코올을 증류하여 정제 알코올을 수득하는 정제 단계를 포함하는 정제 알코올의 제조 방법으로서,고리 내에 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 갖는 산소-함유 헤테로고리를 갖는 하나 이상의 화합물의 농도가 200 중량ppm 이하인 조 알코올을 정제 단계에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알데히드는 노르말 부티르알데히드이고, 축합물은 2-에틸헥세날이며, 알코올은 2-에틸헥산올인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 고리 내에 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 갖는 산소-함유 헤테로고리를 갖는 하나 이상의 화합물의 농도가 100 중량ppm 이하인 조 알코올을 정제 단계에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고리 내에 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 갖는 산소-함유 헤테로고리를 갖는 하나 이상의 화합물이 피란 고리 또는 디히드로피란 고리를 갖는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 축합 단계에서 수득된 축합물을, 축합물 중 고-비등 화합물의 함량을 감소시킨 후 수소첨가 단계에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소첨가 단계를 2 종류 이상의 촉매를 사용하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소첨가 단계를, 증기상 수소첨가 단계 및 증기상 수소첨가 단계에서의 것과는 상이한 촉매를 사용하는 액상 수소첨가 단계를 수행함으로써 2 단계로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정제 단계에 의해서 수득된 정제 알코올이 황산 착색 시험에서 30 APHA 이하의 착색을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
