[발명의 상세한 설명]
본 발명의 조성물은 유체(예, 두유) 또는 고체(예, 대두 분말 또는 두유 분말)의 형태일 수 있는 대두 제품을 함유한다. "대두 제품"이란 콩에서 발견된 상대 농도(relative concentration)에서, 대두에서 발견된 천연 성분을 함유한, 대두로부터 유도된 물질이다. 바람직한 구체예에서, 대두 제품은 변성되지 않은 대두 제품이다. 변성되지 않은 대두 제품은 온도, 추출 매질과 같은 공정 변수를 조심스럽게 제어함으로써 활성 단백질이 손상되지 않게 하는 방법에 의해 얻어진 대두 제품이다. 이것은 예를 들어 순수한 대두 트립신 억제제(STI) 단백질의 존재에 의해 측정될 수 있다.

본 발명의 국소 제제는 아침 및/또는 저녁에 적용될 수 있다. 이들은 피부 노화가 두드러진 신체 일부, 즉 안면, 몸 또는 손에 적용될 수 있다.
다음 실시예는 본 발명을 예시하려는 것이며 이들에 한정되지 않는다.
다음 제제 실시예에서 모든 퍼센트는 중량(w/w)에 의한 것이다.
제제는 다음 방식으로 제조된다. 처음에 수성 상을 만들고 가열한다. 이어서 겔화제를 첨가한다. 오일 성분을 녹여 오일 상으로 혼합하고, 수성 상에 유화시킨다. 이와 같이 형성된 에멀젼을 냉각시키고 활성 성분을 35℃의 온도에서 첨가한다. 그 후 향료를 30℃의 온도에서 첨가한다.
EP-1236465호에 기재된 바와 같이 고슈크로스 두유 분말은 슈크로스 함량이 큰 두유로부터 얻어진 성분이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 적어도 하나의 대두 제품과 식 HOOC-Alk-COOH(여기서, Alk는 2가 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타냄)로 표시될 수 있는, 적어도 하나의 이산(dioic acid)을 포함하는 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 이산에서 Alk가 탄소 원자가 8 내지 40개, 특히 8 내지 30개, 특히 더 8 내지 22개인 2가 탄화수소 라디칼인 조성물.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 이산이 C18 이산인 조성물.
  4. 제 1 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대두 제품이 변성되지 않은 대두 제품인 조성물.
  5. 제 1 내지 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대두 제품 대 이산의 총량의 w/w 비가 약 50:1 내지 1:1, 특히 더 30:1 내지 1:1, 특히 더욱더 20:1 내지 2:1, 바람직하게는 약 10:1 내지 2:1로 달라질 수 있으며, 더 바람직하게는 w/w 비가 약 10:1 내지 3:1이고, w/w 비는 건조 대두 제품과 건조 염의 총량에 관한 것인 조성물.
  6. 제 1 내지 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대두 제품이 0.001 내지 10%, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 5%, 더 바람직하게는 1 내지 5%의 농도로 사용되는 조성물.
  7. 제 1 내지 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 함께 취한 이산이 약 0.01 내지 5%, 바람직하게는 약 0.1 내지 2%, 더 바람직하게는 약 0.1 내지 1%의 농도로 존재하는 조성물.
  8. 피부 노화의 작용을 막고 치료하며, 태양-유발된 손상과 좌창을 예방하고 치료하도록 피부 견고성과 탄력성, 심지어 색조와 조직을 개선하기 위한 제 1 내지 5 항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물의 용도.
