Description
Claims (7)
- 강판이 절곡되어 구성된 스터드 몸체; 및,상기 스터드 몸체를 폐단면을 이루도록 체결하는 체결수단;을 포함하여 구성된 폐단형 스터드 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스터드 몸체에는 열교를 차단하여 단열성을 높이도록 일체로 형성된 다수의 천공을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스터드 부재.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 천공은 3 - 5 mm의 폭으로 스터드 몸체에 타공되고, 상기 천공들사이의 간격은 5 - 10 mm로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스터드 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 체결수단은 상기 스터드 몸체가 폐단면을 이루면서 중앙에서 서로 겹쳐지는 돌출단이 단계적으로 절곡 압착되어 스터드 몸체를 일체의 폐단면으로 구현하는 씨밍부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 스터드 부재.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 체결수단인 씨밍부에는 씨밍부의 분리 이탈을 차단하는 압착부가 추가로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스터드 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 체결수단은 상기 스터드 몸체의 적어도 일지점 모서리가 분리된 상태에서 절곡되어 압착시 체결되는 절곡 체결부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스터드 부재.
- 제 2항 내지 제 6항중 어느 하나의 항에서 기재된 폐단형 스터드부재; 및,상기 스터드부재에 접합되는 보드부재;를 포함하여 구성된 스터드부재를 이용한 단열 벽체 시스템.
