Claims (3)
- 프라이머 코팅처리된 앵글을 용접부위인 앵글의 단부에 코팅된 프라이머를 제거하는 코팅제거장치기 2개의 라인으로 분리되어 기중기에 부착된 자석에 의해 이송과 적층되어 포장되게 이송장치에 있어서,상기 프라이머코팅 처리된 앵글을 서로 연결된 다수의 이송롤러 및 체인기어에 의해 앵글의 단부에 코팅된 프라이머를 제거하는 프라이머 제거장치로 이송되도록 형성하고, 상기 단부의 프라이머가 제거된 앵글도 다수의 이송롤러 및 체인기어에 의해 연결되어 이송하면서 앵글이 다수개 적층되어 포장할 수 있게 하나의 라인으로 연결되어 이송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 앵글의 단부에 코팅된 프라이머를 제거하기 위한 이송장치.
- 앵글(100)의 표면을 프라이머 코팅하고 용접부위인 단부의 프라이머 코팅을 프라이머 코팅제거장치(6)에서 제거한후 포장체인기어(10)로 이송하여 포장할 수 있는 이송장치에 있어서,다수의 진입이송롤러(1)에 의해 이송되는 다수의 앵글(100)을 프라이머 코팅처리하는 프라이머 코팅처리장치(2)와, 상기 프라이머 코팅처리장치(2)에서 프라이머 코팅된 다수의 앵글(100)을 배출시키는 배출이송롤러(3)와, 상기 배출이송롤러(3)에 의해 배출되는 다수의 앵글(100)을 하나씩 운반하기 위한 소형운반롤러(4)로 이송시키기 위해 선단부가 피스톤(51)에 의해 상하 작동하는 긴체인기어(5)와, 상 기 긴체인기어(5)에 의해 이송되는 앵글을 소형운반롤러(4)에 안착시킬 수 있도록 선단이 상하작동하도록 긴체인기어(5)의 축과 연결된 짧은체인기어(41)와, 상기 소형운반롤러(4)로 의해 운반되는 앵글(100)을 하나씩 이송하여 용접부위인 단부에 코팅이 되어 있는 프라이머를 제거하기 위한 용접부 프라이머 코팅제거장치(6)와, 상기 용접부 프라이머 코팅제거장치(6)에 의해 프라이머 코팅이 제거된 앵글(100)을 포장하기 위해 이송하는 소형운반롤러(7)와, 상기 소형운반롤러(7)에 의해 하나씩 이송된 앵글(100)을 운반체인기어(8)로 이송하기 위해 소형운반롤러(7) 사이에 고정되게 장착되어 피스톤(90)에 의해 상하작동하는 경사진 안착부(9)와, 상기 경사진 안착부(9)에 의해서 운반체인기어(8)로 슬라이딩된 앵글을 이동시켜 선단에서 받쳐줄 수 있도록 운반체인기어(8)의 사이에 장착되어서 삽입인출이 가능한 이송바(81)와, 상기 이송바(81)에 의해 운반된 앵글(100)을 적층시키면서 피스톤(121)에 의해 단계적으로 하강할 수 있도록 받침판(120)을 장착한 지지대(122)와, 상기 지지대(22)의 받침판(20)에 적층된 앵글(100)을 포장하면서 출하할 수 있도록 설치된 포장체인기어(10)를 결합하여 하나의 라인으로 연결되게 이송하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 앵글의 단부에 코팅된 프라이머를 제거하기 위한 이송장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 이송되는 앵글(100)이 시간차를 두고 이송할 수 있도록 이송롤러(3) 및 운반롤러(4, 7)의 사이에 장착되어 감지할 수 있는 감지센서판(30)(31)을 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 앵글의 단부에 코팅된 프라이머를 제거하기 위한 이송장치.
